@ajsumms @AskAIB hi, twice today I have tried to withdraw money from an ATM, and I got an error message saying wrong pin entered, but it was correct. Is there a problem with the atms?

@DavidLSPrice @BothaBoy @businessposthq Revo customer myself. As well as AIB and ABN. ABN miles ahead of both. Revo getting a problem fixed is a horrible experience.

@jordandonald8 @AskAIB @AskAIB what do if I have not changed my Chinese mobile phone number but I have changed my phone. I was previously able to login into the AIB app, but now on the new phone with the same number it is not working? I have read all the FAQ page and tried the suggested solutions :(

@Carbar2 @bankofireland Clearly an outage early this morning. Cards wouldn’t work in any EPOS (Tried 2 different places) and your app and website were down. Had to use AIB card instead. Seems to be resolved now.

@DrJeanWalker Way to go @aib wait til your chequebook supplier is actually in administration before telling your clients there will be a delay. Many people don’t want to be compelled into the online banking system.

@jen_jstephen To be fair to @AIBIreland @AskAIB because I complained in a public forum I was given a callback and our problem quickly and politely resolved. HOWEVER only after 2 very stressful prior calls and a long back and forth to schedule final call.

@Seamie33 .@AskAIB has to be one of the worst online experiences. I've tried numerous times to pay for something online but AIB's app keeps giving an error. Not a one off issue either.

@brenmurf Bah, AIB online banking does not like my Linux Mint device when I try to log in. Always get an OD12 error whatever that is.

@FedsAgainstGunS @JoshDWalrath Unlike most other AIB cards, the THICC 2 didnt have any of the common issues but the heatsink was poorly mounted so i needed to reattach and re-paste i did have black screen on my 2nd and 3rd monitor for a short time on a set of drivers, but rolling back and using DDU fixed it

@ROBERTHEANEY10 @TNLUK Thanks for the response, but does nothing for me and the thousands of other customers who have had to close acc's with NLUK for past year or more. AIB have higher security safeguards with cards, not an issue with any other online UK companies, why just with NLUK ?

@peterrader23 @yourstrulivia @AskAIB I'd advice you reach out to @cy_coding , I was having issues too and customer service here are kinda slow... so i just had to contact them and it was fixed, they are the best I can recommend you to out there.
