Please don't waste your time.

Once you've filled out your multitude of profile surveys designed to help them send you relevant surveys, they'll send you invites via email, you'll spend a good 20-30 minutes then be screened out resulting in most of the survey being completed for free.
They will of couse give a sweepstake entry for your time but so will the millions of other members, if you do manage to complete a survey or two it'll take an eternaty to collect the 1000 points required for your $50.USD cheque which may or may not arrive.... thats if they don't freeze your account before you can collect.

Dodgy & unsettling.

I have a bad feeling about this site. Whilst I am not screened out on as many surveys as I am on Valued Opinions, what I find unsettling is there reward / point system. Apparently with every survey you are getting 10/50/100 entries into their cash prize draw but I am curious to know has anyone actually won anything? Their website is also unattractive and sometimes difficult to navigate around on a smart phone. I have earned 990 life points but there isn't a single good reward to cash these in for. Needless to say I will gladly forfeit them and close down my account.

Totally defunct site

Totally defunct site. Can't log in at all. It doesn't accept my original password so tried to reset. It doesn't accept ANY passwords. I ensured the characters meet at least 6 and above, ensured BIG caps and SMALL caps, ensured numeric and special characters added, even went to a separate website to generate a secure password, but NO IT DOESN'T ACCEPT ANY PASSWORD. Decided to give up and move on. I want to give ZERO stars but I can't so the worst I can give.

Very poor

Very poor, trying to chase them for £20.00 Boots vouchers that I have earned.

Takes a long while to build any points.
Frequent screen outs-after they have collected lots of questions and lots of personal information from you. Like another reviewer has said, I think they possibly sell this on. Very disappointed. Avoid.
You spend a lot of valuable time answering surveys, often screened out then have to chase payments. Takes a long time to accumulate points and a long time to get payment

Tells you that the survey is 20 min but …

Tells you that the survey is 20 min but it takes nearly an hour to complete in quite fast pace and then it screens you out without giving you your well earned points and inrolling you in some prize draw instead. What an absolute joke and complete waste of time! I am leaving this panel and I wouldn't advise anyone who values their time and effort to join.

Recently become a dreadful site. Avoid it.

I have been with both Global Test Market and MySurveys for several years with no complaint. However, since the two became LifePoints, I can't login, have emailed them several times, no response. Also, I have stopped receiving invitation emails from them which is bizarre as previously I was inundated with them. I am extremely annoyed as I am owed quite a bit of money. Not good.

Appalling Customer Service

Been with them for several years and had no problems until September when I couldn't log in to my account. Four months and 6 e-mails later I am still waiting for the courtesy of an acknowledgement of my problem, let alone help with solving it.
Update: Another month, another e-mail sent, still no reply.
Update2: Finally, after nearly six months I got a reply and the problem has been resolved.
Update3: Two weeks without problems then they changed to Life Points. Wouldn't recognise my password, when I tried to reset I am told something went wrong. I have e-mailed them but given previous experience, it's more in hope than expectation.

Account deleted for NO REASON & NO PAYMENT

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I’ve been a long time tester and had numeral problems with this company. The most prominent was having my account deleted for no apparent reason and failing to receive a valid explanation, despite attempts or contact their support, both via email and Facebook. Completely incompetent. They also owe me £20 in PayPal payment and will not deliver what I hard earned via surveys. Do not sign up, they are unbelievably useless and provide terrible customer service. Avoid st all costs! I plan to take this even further.

Globaltestmarket has given me money!!!

I spent December slogging through these survey sites in the hope of earning some extra Christmas money. Thus far, Globaltestmarket is the only one which has paid anything, £25 in Amazon credit compared to precisely £0 for other ten or so I've tried.
The sheer number of negative reviews on here is highly suspicious. I smell Swagbucks' sock puppets in action.

AVOID THE "1000 point" surveys they are a SCAM!!!

I have been filling these surveys in for years and normally you usually eventually get your promised rewards. However in May 2018 I completed a survey which took over an hour for a promised 1000 points (less than £10). I have been trying to get the promised points for over 10 weeks and submitted 3 requests to them but they keep ignoring me. To add insult to injury I have today received an invitation to a TWO HOUR SURVEY for a promised 1000 points . No way I am going to fall for this twice!!!

NOT A SURVEY COMPANY TO WORK WITH

Sadly this company has been extremely bad with communications and responses.
Completed a home test survey and was never compensated. This was a month ago.
Also, they take forever to redeem points and to get paid.
I have been communicating with them and they provided a reference number and that is as far as it gets.
I no longer do any of their surveys and have advised all those I recommended to be aware.

Avoid…

I tried my first Global Test Market for over 2 years and have bought a new car in the last week and never completed an automotive survey for them but still got according to our records you have completed this survey. Clearly their records are wrong or they are just dodgy. I let you decide but all these reviews cannot be wrong it just a shame there is not a warning when this firm advertises.

I do surveys through a company called…

I do surveys through a company called rewardia, through which Global test market provide some surveys. I have fully completed 4 surveys for GTM through this company rewardia, only to be told that I did not qualify for the survey.....at the final stage of submitting the survey. At first I let it pass and should have known better, but fell for this company again and again. Well today is the final straw, after completing a survey about fuel for my car. I will never do another survey for GTM no matter the "reward" offered. They are dishonest thieves.

I have been a member of this site for…

I have been a member of this site for several years and had found them good.
However, I have been unable to log in for about 4 weeks and as another person has put despite resetting my password via the link I am still unable to log in. Numerous emails to them remain unanswered.
I tried the other link for an activation email which apparently cannot link my name and date of birth. Strange really as the other link for forgotten password accepts the same information.
I am lucky as I only have about £10 on there. This was a lesson learnt by me from the sister site My Survey which was down for ages. I resolved to leave only a minimum amount of rewards in.

Loss of time!

It takes you forever to do the surveys, then they don't even count most of the time because apparently you weren't the right person to take it. Then when you have finally accumulated some point to redeem a 5€ gift card, they tell you that you first have to have 1000 points... which is impossible to get.
Thought to earn some bucks on this side, unfortunately it's just a loss of time.

What a waste of my time

As a long serving member of this site I was willing to spend a whole day responding to a three part intensive survey.
I have just completed it and have a message informing me that I have timed out
Chances are that the sponsors have paid Global but I am to receive no points
What makes it worse is that they assure me that I am a respected user and that they appreciate my time and effort.
Totally unacceptable !

Steer clear!!!

I spent over two hours completing a survey for it to time out right at the end. I emailed company and said they would look into it within 6 weeks. The response was clearly one that was implying it's unlikely I will receive the points. After this happening I searched for reviews and came across exactly the same issues. Totally untrustworthy company.

Update...... months down the line and still no response!

Time wasters!

Do not waste your time filling in the surveys. There are constant problems with their app and website. Often fill in surveys and don’t get and reward. The help team are extremely unhelpful. They have just closed my account for ‘unhonest answers’ which they do not have any evidence for.
