i have successfully installed my moodle 3.8 on localhost using xampp.The problem comes when i try to login.It says the site cant be reached.I have attached a screenshot.The funny thing is that i have been able to login before and have even managed to change themes (i am currently using the Academia theme) and uploaded about 20 courses or so.This only started a few days back.Please help

Well, don't know. I doubt that this has anything to do with your Windows not being activated. Have you tried another browser? Have you cleared your browser's cache? Have you rebooted? Have you tried quitting the XAMPP control panel? Have you checked to see if something else, like Skype, might be running on the same port, port 80?
