Very easy to set up 👍
We chose VUK following a recommendation from a fellow nonprofit in the UK. We'd tried one of its competitors before (mentioning no names) and were left much UN-impressed with its application procedures & customer DIS-service.
VUK's application policy is pain-free. The online form is user-friendly and the plans on offer covered what was needed.
The cost was reasonable - we opted to pay yearly. It was less than 50% of a Royal Mail (RM), PO Box - not to mention 100% less hassle. For some reason, RM has a major bee in its bonnet when it comes to registering a certain category of nonprofit. Snobbish, but there you have it.
This myopic approach to business will only lose it customers. Not our problem. We don't care. We got a great deal elsewhere 🤝

Why did I wait so long?!
I had been putting off sorting out setting up a virtual office address - I needed it in order to build an email list. I wouldn't have procrastinated on it if I had realised how quick & easy Virtual UK Office Services was! It took me minutes! I'm thrilled. Best Virtual Office Service you will find!
I love that my address is hidden from the public!
It means I can look professional and receive parcels in the post without someone knowing my home address.
The royal mail service was expensive, a flaff to sign up for and a huge waiting list for a PO BOX, however within 2 days Virtual Office let me sign up and use their mailing address.
The team are friendly and quick to send an email and process sending out your parcel.
No regrets with the service- I'm so happy :)

So nice to speak with a real human being before deciding on the service. So far, absolutely no problems, and good to support a Herefordshire business.
Time of course will tell, but the buying process was straightforward and about half price compared with a London alternative.

The cancellation policy is terrible
The cancellation policy is terrible. You have to pay an admin fee which is more than what you paid for the registered address office. I won't recommend this service to anyone.

Our cancellation and refund policy is quite clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions (which you had to agree to when purchasing our services and which are published on our website), these state:
Our Refund Policy:
Sales to Businesses: Sales made B2B (our businesses selling to other businesses) are exempt from the Consumer Contracts (formerly Distance Selling) regulations and these services are non-refundable.
Refunds are not normally available for business services (see above), but we may refund at our sole discretion in exceptional cases; in this event a £25 (+vat) admin fee will be charged.
Any unused postage or scanning Deposits at the end of the contract may be refunded (less a £12.50 admin fee charged at our sole discretion); or may be transferred to a similar service if requested by a client and agreed to by us, at our sole discretion.
Sales to Individuals: If the Service you purchased has not been used, you can cancel your Service and get a refund at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day your service commences (your cooling-off period). If the Service has been used in any way during the cooling-off period it is non-refundable, as are any fees charged for mail forwarding or any other services provided, in which case we will keep what’s necessary to cover the cost of services (including our fees) provided up until you cancelled. Unused Postage Deposits can be refunded less a £12.50 admin fee.
Your address service will be available for the period of time purchased. We will not provide a Pro-rata refund (for the period that is unused) if you decide not to use our address for the full term covered. (For example: a Registered Office facility is a 12 month service; if you move your company away from our address during the 12 months covered no partial refund will be available).
For all account types: Once an account has been closed and refunded, a £25 (+vat) Admin Fee will be charged to re-open the account. New services will also need to be purchased to enable the account to operate.

Sending duplicate invoices or from other companies and ask you to pay for them
They have sent us invoices belonging to another company claiming that was the email address they had. Even after we sent them proof that was not our invoice they have insisted for us to pay!! Outrageous customer service!

At the time in question Mr Claudiu Ionut Oaie was a named person on your account (in fact he has taken over from you as Director of FAST REC LTD - as well ad being a director of a new company this information is public on Companies House).
Since then we have been given the information needed to separate the two accounts, which now run independently of each other
