App down

Not loading app. Did surveys through email instead, gets to the final page where you click to see the points added and it freezes. App doesn't load anything at all. Been about a week.

Yougov Login Not Working

Yougov app & website both appear to be down still today (and have been for4 days now). I can't log in, even after clearing the cache, updating, uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried all 4 of the links supplied above but none of them make any difference. The Yougov login page sends a code to my email address but, when entered into the verification box, the app and website just freeze until the "Not Responding" message box pops up, with options to "Close App" or "Wait".

You gov app down

App not worked for sereral days. Says not responding and gives option to wait or close. Tried both but nothing happens Uninstalled and reinstalled several times but still the same.

Yougov not working

I went to open the yougov app on my phone yesterday (and it is still happening today.)
The screen lights up then nothing. After 30 secs it says Yougov not responding.

can't cash out

I can't cash out. I keep getting the "oops... something went wrong" error. Their FAQ says to try a different device. I did, but same problem. I also tried a different connection and different browser to no avail. Contacted support, but haven't heard back.

I cannot get my login code, not via the app or via the webpage. It won’t load anything. I’ve emailed zen desk no one replied, sent a message to Twitter, no response. Utterly frustrating.

My wife does not get her yougov login code. I also do not get my login code. We have tried numerous times. We have written to them with no response at all. Yougov have not paid my wife her next $25 after she redeemed it and her login issues started just after that. It appears yougov has turned extremely toxic and it is such a pity as I really enjoyed the surveys. I think yougov is or has collapsed!!!!
Maybe they have very unprofessional people employed there now.
