1 ALREADY REGISTERED USERS IN THE BM ONLINE LOG-IN to your OEC/BM ONLINE ACCOUNT and go to MY PROFILE click the green box ACQUIRE OEC OR EXEMPTION Key-In your Tentative Flight Details (month/date/year) in Returning Back to Singapore from the Philippines. System will let you know if you are Exempted or you need to Set an Appointment. 1. IF EXEMPTED: A Reference Number will be given which is valid for 60 days (one time use) from the date you acquired the Exemption. To Print Exemption: Highlight the exemption screen then use the Control Key & C (Ctrl C) to copy and then click Print.
2 The printed OEC EXEMPTION will serve as the OEC in returning to Singapore. To reprint the exemption reference number, go to MY TRANSACTIONS OEC REQUEST. ACQUIRE THE EXEMPTION ONE WEEK BEFORE YOU GO ON HOME LEAVE AS LONG AS YOU CAN USE THAT WITHIN 60 DAYS. 2. IF BY APPOINTMENT: To Set an Appointment, Choose the LOCATION for POLO-ASIA then SINGAPORE and visit the Philippine Embassy on appointment date. PRINTING OF OEC (Go to ) Log in to your OEC/ BM ONLINE account. OEC/ BM EMAIL ACCOUNT- is the same email you used when you made the appointment ONLINE .
3 Go to MY TRANSACTION OEC Request Print your OEC or Exemption ( 3 copies ) OEC PRINTED COPY can be Colored or Black and White as long as the picture is clear. To change picture click CHANGE PHOTO , upload new picture (photo not more than 1MB) using your computer and PRESS F5 to save (using your keyboard).
