FedChoice Federal Credit Union

As soon as my cd matures, I am withdrawing all of my money. I have a checking acct with them, cd and a car loan. For 4 years, I've paid all of my car payments on time. After I paid it off, they held my title and would not release it because I had a $100 fee from my checking account. Apparently, they charge you quarterly fees for returned statements. That's right folks! Fees for returned checking statements! For $100, you would think I would receive a simple phone call letting me know that I need to update my address. Sounds like a scam to me. I even called Clarck Howard and his advisor said he has never heard of such thing. Not to mention, every single women i've spoken with there are rude. I'm filing a complaint with the NCUA and opening a case with them. Beware of this company for they have ridiculous hidden fees. Better off investing your money some where else.

I wanted to take the time to give praise to the Fedchoice Federal Credit Union. I was a very loyal customer for several years until I moved away from the area, and now that I’m dealing with a new credit union, I realize just how good I had it with Fedchoice! From day one with them, things were made very easy and clear for me. The employees were so friendly and treated me as a friend, and not just another customer. It’s amazing how such a little thing, can make the chores of taking care of financial issues so much more pleasant. I was always guided through the processes and given detailed information that always left me feeling that I completely understood everything that was stated on all forms. It does indeed make life so much easier. And of course I have to mention the benefit of free checking with no fees. That is such a wonderful thing, that I used to take for granted, but with my current credit union, now I wish I still had it!!! If you are looking for a solid credit union, that is friendly and goes out of their way to help you out, then Fedchoice is for you!!!

I was a member of FedChoice Federal Credit Union for two years. I state 'was' because I had to close my accounts there, because I took on a new job and relocated therefore out of convenience the location of this Credit Union was no good for my needs. However, my time as a member with FedChoice made me feel like I made a "GREAT" choice and I'm disappointed I don't have a FedChoice around my new area! Every time I had a question I never once walked away from a conversation feeling still confused. I was helped until I was 100% satisfied. Satisfaction is their priority and it shows! I absolutely loved that they have a "Free Checking Account" - that means NO fees and NO minimum balance. I hate when I have to pay fees on my money. Their Savings Accounts is just as good. I only had to pay $50 up front and keep $50 in that account, so I could earn dividends and have no maintenance fees. That was not a problem. Like I said, when I was looking for a new bank two years ago I didn't think twice. I look for excellent customer service, friendliness, and something simple. I don't want to have to argue or jump through hoops to get my money in or our of my accounts and I never had this problem with FedChoice. It was a winner in my eyes and still is a winner in my eyes. If I ever have one around me again, I will be transferring right back. I recommend my friends who hold federal jobs to go there if they are in the general area! If you have to make a choice for a credit union, make your choice FedChoice! You won't be disappointed.

Fedchoice Federal Credit Union is MY choice. I love the convenience of this credit union. They make my life so much simpler than they have to. The go above and beyond what they have to do. I love dealing with them and their everyday friendliness. It's like they actually enjoy their job. They are always more than willing to help me with my problems and when I mess up on my checking account, again and again. I will never think twice about banking elsewhere. They are my #1 choice. They make all fees and charges apparent right off the bat so you are not surprised at any time. I recommend this credit union to anyone and everyone who wants a good way to bank without dealing with the hassles of big branches.

I have been a member of this credit union for more than 10 years. The credit union has excellent customer service and their services are top notch. I have a checking account at a regular bank as well, but I prefer to use this credit union because the location is convenient and the people who work there are always friendly. I have gone to this bank in person many times to get forms notarized or to ask questions and someone is always there to speak with me in minutes. I would recommend this credit union to anyone who is a federal worker or a family member of a federal worker, the fees and services are better than banks and there is a personal touch there that you will simply not find at a bank.
