@lewimorris @OllieBrkr Yup I agree, I’ve got no issue with them checking, glad of it infact. My issue lies in them freezing everything and saying “wait until in-app chats reply” without a timeframe. I’ve had this with Halifax and it was a 5 min phone call to resolve.

@mikebarnes6473 Towards the end of week 1 of the new bus services between Halifax and Huddersfield (X1 and 501). It's been ok but that's still a decent improvement on before. Some issues remain especially how bad the app is. Really bad. Lack of investment shows @FirstWestYorks .
