Was sold a sick puppy from rvnsd437 (Anna) phone 419-665-6653. I contacted Anna within an hour of getting the puppy home. She insisted that he was at the vet on Monday and checked out fine. That he was playing and eating prior to us picking him up. To make a long story short she blocked me and I had no choice but to take the puppy to the emergency vet hospital in fear of him dying. Three days later he is still at the vet receiving 24/7 care. The vet bills are mounting and I feel as though the breeder should be held accountable for clearly neglecting this puppy. Does anyone know how I can pursue charges? As of today she still has multiple listings for other puppies. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
So far I've left a message on the answer machine for Hoobly, I filed a complaint with the BBB, I messaged the seller multiple times through Hoobly since she blocked me.

I recently found this site and found it to be wonderful. I have been searching for a German shepherd pup to add to our family and thanks to this site I was able to find one easily at a great price. I can't speak to the issues that others were having on the seller side, as I have no experience there but I do know that one dedicated person basically does everything there. I reached out to him through there support email address and he responded within minutes!! Now I realize maybe I just emailed at an opportune moment but I was impressed none the less. I found the whole experience to be great and would definitely recommend the site.

Keeps blocking access saying I am using a VPN when I'm not! I've been a Hoobly member for roughly 10 years but it's gotten so annoying.

I have an add on Hoobly.com and received two referrals from Hoobly but no data was sent by Hoobly to respond to. This does not bode well with me because Hoobly is suppose to help us sell our birds. I can not get on the Hoobly site as well.

I signed up, posted an ad, and then my ad was blocked and deleted, because of no reason. I think their system or admin, are too heavy handed with Flagging people, even when those people are legit users and not doing something wrong . Then my account was blocked by their system as well. It was a waste of time. Also they have no customer service email, which gives you an indication of their willingness to communicate with sellers. I won't try to put an ad there again. I will put ads elsewhere.

Maine Coon Kitten - At pick up the seller said she gave the kitten her first shots but failed to bring what was given so promised to text me asap the records. At that time I also requested a picture of the parents which conveniently she did not have on her phone. Several days later I asked her to please send the shot records again because I wanted to take her to the vet. asap. Ignored me, never sent the shot records and wow! what a surprise did not produce the picture of the parents. I took the kitten to vet. this week only to find out she has ring worm and a bacterial infection. This seller should be ashamed of herself and be banned from Hoobly. To make matters worse she used the same kitten picture for another ad. Total scammer! Userid is kittenss23. Buyer Beware!!!!

BEWARE of Hoobly.com and the breeder - mojgansophia. I had a bad experience with a breeder and cannot leave a review to warn potential buyers. Cannot leave a review for the website hoobly.com. I purchased a puppy, took him to the vet and discovered he will need surgery for an umbilical hernia. It was not disclosed prior to buying the pup.The breeder provided a booklet with the 1st visit vaccines recorded and a mention the hernia. I have taken him to my vet and was advised that he will need surgery. I contacted the seller/breeder and she has not offered even an apology. Even though I know better, I did not get a receipt in writing. I was too excited to pick up the puppy.
There is no way to leave a review/complaint of the Hoobly website or for the breeder we purchased the puppy.

I started a new Hoobly Classifieds account, viewed some of the other ads for a frame of reference as to where I should place my ad, then I went through the steps to place my ad and within 1 second of clicking the button to save my ad, their system blocked me from proceeding. 1st off, I have never been blocked by any other company in my life because I post legit things. 2nd, I have zero history with Hoobly Classifieds prior to my attempt to post this 1st ad with Hoobly Classifieds and therefore this makes zero sense to me. I tried to figure out how to contact their customer service but I couldn't find any information on their website now that they've blocked my account. The time I spent with Hoobly Classifieds so far was a complete waste of time.

How come no kittens are being sold on Hoobly? Why does it take forever to sell something? I have gotten only 1 inquiry and that was from a scammer! Same old ads for kittens are up everyday! What is going on?

Not even one star I would say less than half a star... Hoobly is a horrible company a horrible app a horrible website!!! When you put your info in it lets the customer call you with a code that you have to put back into your phone and send them to verify that you're not fake so it gives them a false sense of security and when you do put that code back in the number is rerouted somewhere else and they never get that confirmation code so not only do you lose customers but you also leave with a sense of horrible undoing because all you are trying to do is get your business out there and you end up with at least 5 to 10 customers calling you back calling you a fake because whoever this one guy is and his little garage or whatever he's doing does not care enough about his own personal website to make sure that his customers can Network to each other properly!
