How do I access my NUmail (student email) account?

If you are a current student of the University you will have access to all our online systems including NUmail through the student portal myUni.
To access your NUmail account through myUni, click on the NUmail light blue icon / tile.

Please note: Past students can still access their student email via Microsoft Office 365

Your email address is in the format of c1234567@uon.edu.au (student number) and can be accessed using the same password as all UON computer systems.

If you have lost your password, or been locked out of your account you can use the 'Forgotten Password' function on the NUaccess login page.

Troubleshooting - Email Log In Problems

  • Logging In from devices that automatically save password: Try updating or clearing the saved passwords in the internet browse's cache.
  • Logging In from shared devices associated with more than one Microsoft Outlook Account (e.g. family computer).  Ensure others are logged out and check the internet browser isn't auto-filling the password field with anther user's saved log in credentials.
  • Check internet's browsers auto-fill and saved password settings.
  • Try opening NUmail in a different internet browser e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer etc.
