      I never agreed to buy anything from this company. I have no idea who they are or what they sell. I called and was placed on hold for 29 minutes with. I one ever coming to the phone. Ive never received anything from this company but they certainly biked my debit card, which I had to cancel. This is robbery or fraud. They stole money and gave me nothing. Id like a refund!

      The initial purchase of $79 in 2020 had a 60-day money-back guarantee. As for the annual renewal fee of $129.00, this had a 30-day refund period as stated under the renewal notices we provided via email 30 days, 15 days, 7 days, and 5 days before being charged. Additionally, there are several ways to manage the subscription.       I subscribed to the Palm Beach Research Group for $2,000 on July 13, 2023 after listening for over an hour about cryptocurrency. Have had nothing but troubles. None of their information was easy to follow and I spent hours on the phone with them, coinbase and metamask after buying ***** currency per their recommendations and finally got to the point where I was supposed to stake the ***** currency on metamask and found out it could not be staked in the US. I have asked for a refund and was refused. They didn't even reply to my email about the staking of the ***** currency. I also thought my $2,000 would give me more recommendations but all I get are floods of emails asking you to listen to tons of videos and everyone of them wants you to invest more money to get recommendations and most of them are not even current. All I want is my wasted money back and to stop receiving emails from dozens of different places that I am sure they sold my email to. I am on a fixed income and they just don't care. I also want to make sure I am completely unsubscribed to them and their affiliates so I have no surprise charges on my credit card down the road. Please HELP.

      I've purchased four products from this investment advice group for over $8,500. I'm wanting to do two things: 1) warn others about this organization and 2) seeking a refund for one of the products (the VERY least they should do).I first got involved with this organization in 2016. Of the four product I've purchased: 1)one has broken even on their investment advice (Crypto); one had me invest in 4 pre-IPO companies over FOUR years ago, NONE of which have gone public or had any return of funds (most likely these investment funds are gone); 3) one product lost virtually 90% of all money they recommended to invest in and then shut the product down after only a year WITH NO REFUNDS; 4) the last product was options trading which is far too complicated and requires much more investment that I have available (none of which was revealed in the presentation). EVERY sales pitch discusses all of this money potential "in only 12 or 18 months". As you can see from the above, none of which ever comes to fruition. I've asked for a refund previously and was told they don't provide refunds, only products. Why would I want more of their products when none of them actually produce a profit? I contend this more of a scamming organization that preys on unknowing *********. I contend their advice is nothing more than slick marketing with little to no knowledge of what they are actually recommending, all for the profit of their organization and leader. I implore the BBB to look into this organization and do more to warn others. I'll also be contacting the **************** to do the same. I do believe what they've done to me and thousands of others (read the reviews) in borderline criminal.

Each publication was ordered separately in the span of 3 years since 2020 wherein we provided updates and alerts on what to do with each recommendation that covers a range of Stocks, Options, Cryptocurrencies, pre-IPOs, and Medicinal psychedelics.

      Among these publications, Palm Beach Special Opportunities, which retails at $4,000.00 and availed of by the customer on 7/09/2021 at only 50% of its retail price with the addition of a free year, was discontinued more than a year after, on 11/8/2022 due to the entire plant-based medicine industry's bear market which has been particularly brutal on small-cap stocks. This whole industry fell which also affected our recommendations from this publication. However, please note that we provided the subscriber with $1500 worth of store credits that are valid for 1 year and can be used within Palm Beach Research Group and our affiliates for any publication the subscriber wants. Per the terms and conditions at the time of purchase, the subscription does not provide refunds but does include a 90-day Legacy store credit guarantee wherein the subscriber can cancel the subscription for store credits and use it towards any of our affiliate products under Legacy Research Group.

      In addition to the credit we gave in view of the discontinued publication above, upon the customer's request on July 24th, 2020, we canceled Palm Beach Confidential and same as all automatic renewals which have a 30-day refund period, $2,500 was refunded back to the customer's credit card.

      I am rejecting this response because they dont stand behind their products.  Read their online reviews.  Theyre horrific.  This response is exactly what I expected, which is why I contacted the BBB, the *********** and will also now do the *****  They promise all of these massive gains that never materialize, then cancel the product altogether after a short period of time, and then create other bogus products to rip people off.  Theyre attitude is Oh well, who cares, weve made our money, Meanwhile consumers are losing tens of thousands of $.  

      Again, store credit is worthless when their recommendation dont actually make money.   Consumers are losing thousands.  Its a shell game.  I understand the risks of some of the investments but shouldnt they be accountable for something actually materializing?   They find these pre-IPO  products out in the web and market them like they have insider information and they dont.    Which is why after four years not have them return any type of even minimal profit.  Consumers lose their thousands in fees and then all the money they invest.    

      Again I implore the BBB to make know this is not a reputable company and worthy of anything above an F rating so consumers are warned.

They did help me log on, but I really got nothing out of the service.I just realized that one year later in September of 2022 they charged my credit card $129.       DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY MAKE FALSE STATEMENTS AND DO NOT HELP WHEN YOU ASK FOR IT. In a video you are told you can try for 90-day and then after you pay a popup tells you no refunds. You can only get one of their other products. I do not want any of their products. Check out Trust Pilot. Bad reviews!! The parent company ********* Research, ************************************************************************, is the company that billed me.In September 2022, I signed up for a Subscription to Palm Beach Research(PBR) for investments in Royalties through Crypto Currencies. **************** showed how investments in Crypto royalties could increase in value 100-1000%+. He stated they would disclose these investments and said a 90-day trial period was available. At no time in his video did **************** state they would not accept the 90-day trial period with a cancellation of the subscription and a refund of the monies paid. After I reviewed the information provided online and communicated by email asking for help with no response, I decided to cancel. On a second request for help, I received an email telling me to go to the website. I would not have asked for help if I had understood the website.I asked to cancel my subscription and refund the $3500. I received a return email saying PBR would cancel, but the funds could not be refunded. I can only get another of their subscriptions, but I do not want another subscription. I researched a website like Trust Pilot to find many others have this issue with PBR. I feel scammed, and if this company stood behind its advice, PBR would stand behind the 90-day trial period.I am report to al government agency of their false advertising. After reviewing the website advice, I see no way for me to recoup the $3500 from any of their investment advice or make the type of returns **************** stated in the video.

      November 4, 2022 $2158.00 I had never received any actionable trading advice. I had looked at their website as recommended ad listened to their podcasts as recommended the advice was general i nature not at all what had been promised:Actionable trades which could create "generational wealth i next 30 days".One trade was mentioned which at time I received was already outdated by their own admission "if price is beyond" ... X dollars do not take this trade.After receiving only 'opportunities' to upgrade my subscription to more and more expensive services I had enough since this 30 day 'window' was obviously nearing the half way point. I emailed inquiring about my options for a refund.On Nov. 17, 2022 I received calls missed but missed and I called back and the they called me back and I asked for a refund or switch to ******************* trading services because I understood his service was a partner with Palm Beach Research. They advertise for each other and refer to each other as a 'partner'. Since I was more familiar with ******************* I asked for that. But was told why would you want to go to them they have a 7something success rate vs ****** has a 97% success. I said nothig was actionable. They said I needed app. I don't do apps well. So they told me ******************* was not a partner but that they could SELL me ******************* but not transfer me to *******************. VEry Missleading advertising! And no refund! So I said I would look over program as I was told I had plenty of time left on 90 day refund policy another misnomer.Today Nov. 23 I tried to log in and have been locked out of the site.I want a refund! This seems to be nothing but a scam. There is no timely information simply a list of the top 30 bluchip companies that you can get many other places for free. That is supposed to be how to make ****s of % in next 30 days.I want a refund, thats what i am askig for as they lied about their true services. It is only a service to themself not to us elderly.

      Date of Transaction 11/3/2022. I will attach the multiple emails leading up to this transaction. I believe I was defrauded ad mislead by advertising. As I thought I was subscribing to ******************* . This guy however is not ******************* or even a partner with *******************. This fellow ***************** is set on defrauding older people. He specifically aims at them and counts on us making errors. I do not believe he offered any actionable advice. I have been a ******************* member for many years and unknowingly let my subscription lapse due to a credit card change. Thats why I did not act on many of this Tweeka persons constant emails regarding signing up. I was mislead by an email with ******************* on it and thus feel defrauded. Please help this money is needed for bills.

      Let me start with, THIS IS A SCAM.*********************** is terrible man who preys on the elderly and uninformed, people looking to better their lives with the little money they have just trying to figure this Crypto World out. *********************** claims to be a successful business man but if you do any digging of you own you will see that this just simply isn't true. He is no business man he is Con Man. My grand father has been very eager to learn about this crypto world and i advised him to do a little research of his own, to which he did. During his research he was sent a email from Palm Beach Research group a site which is extremely poorly put together, any person with a youthful eye would see right through this to which I did. I told my Grandfather that the promises that this man is making makes absolutely zero sense and then I watched the video myself and I was disgusted, to say the least *********************** spend hours trying to persuade these people to give him their money so he can invest what??? I asked my grandpa how much this cost him to which he replied with "a little over a thousand dollars." I asked him if has checked his cards to see if he has been charged that actual amount and then we realized that we have been scammed for over $5000 this was all within two months. I am writing this to be factual I hope that this reaches someone with the power to expose this man he is terrible and i have heard and read of stories far worse, shame on you ***********************.

      in 2021 I started a subscription with Palm Beach Research. I was sold on older information and inflamed percentages of return. (e.g. indicating 1000's percent return when that was in fact older and not current and was adjusted for daily for a year.). Absolutely astonishing. I talked to a few different people and they would say that if I would get all the publications for one price then I could get into each program offered by ***********************. Hard sell that the price would be more ect. They took $11,567.20 from me and I have lost over 40K from listening to ***** to only get numerous emails of "friends" I am sorry. What is worse I was taken advantage of after explaining to the sales department I had a brain tumor and had to have surgery to remove it and have trouble comprehending. I do not know how ***** with a conscious can do this to me and other older people. What was stated in the sales was not what was given. A lot of the investments are old and no longer applicable. Not getting what I paid for but only hearing once in a while. I want a prorated refund as I am very distraught at the ***** and taking advantage of an older person. I am not wealthy and retired. I am looking to also file with the attorney general as well as this is not 'fluff' it is actual lies.

      The customers subscriptions all came with a 90 day credit policy in which they can cancel the service for a credit within 90 days that can be used for another service through us or our affiliates. These terms and conditions were agreed to by the customer and were advised to them at the time of sale and in the receipt that they received for the purchase.

      We also have records to show that the subscriber actively used our services and contacted us several times for assistance or to provide feedback on the recommendations, even contacting us to update payment methods for their subscription in May of this year.

      Additionally, this is the first time we are hearing about said medical issues and have no knowledge of this prior. We offer our condolences and sympathies to the customer in regards to these health issues.

      At this time, we have contacted the customer directly in order to resolve this issue as a courtesy.

      I am rejecting this response because: I filed a complaint about obtaining a refund for services that were not complete, in the Palm Beach Infinity, et al publications via ***********************. In doing so, I received a response they will refund my maintenance fees of $4xx.**. I paid over $11K for the services. By cancelling my account without my consent on the maintenance fees they are taking upon themselves to reimburse, they are now stealing money from me by cutting my account off. I believe this retaliation because I am unhappy with the companies - ***********************; is not only insulting and unethical but also below moral grounds. I expect my account to be restored until we have a solution as you have my $11k plus and I have no service. Maybe you think I am a dumb elderly person, I am not.    Restoration of services I paid for on the website. I have not cancelled with agreement of $400 bucks.

      The date of trans. was 7/12/22.The amount $2500.0 The first email sent requesting a refund not sure of. The second one sent was 9/1/22. The third one sent was 9/2/22. These were sent in the 60 day or 90-day period of a full refund. I do not remember anything being said about buying another service, for this refund. I have not heard back from them since I sent these emails. I have done some research on them. They totally miss represent themselves. This is the biggest scam going. I just want my full refund.

I have reviewed the account and determined that your original purchase to Palm Beach Crypto Income came with a 90 day credit policy in which you can cancel the service for a full credit that can be used to purchase another service through ourselves or our affiliates. This would have been part of the terms and conditions that you agreed to at the time of purchase which was an online order, as well as being disclosed to you in the receipt of purchase that you received to confirm the subscription. At this time we have reached out to the customer directly in order to resolve this as a courtesy.

      I have opted out of correspondence from this company over 20 times. Ive written to them and I still get 2-5 emails daily from them. I dont want their service or their email.
