      There is an incorrect and expunged for over 5 years, posting about me on this site. They sent me an email to have it corrected. They told me they couldn't take this down and to contact the Texas department of public safety. I did this. Texas public safety wrote back saying the record has been destroyed. Publicdata.com still has this showing on their site. I can't get a reply telling me when they will take it down. I've about had it with this company.

While the notice does not require a response we would like to clear up any confusion about the public records on our website. Regarding this specific complaint: As our name notes Publicdata.com only displays public records as provided by agencies around the country. PublicData.com is only a disseminator of the information and does not "own" these "public records" therefore we cannot tamper with the "public records database". The custodian of records at the agency is the only party that can correct problems that will then be properly and legally distributed to the hundreds of database users, including PublicData.com. We would like to point out that it is through our website that the customer discovered that the state agency still had the expunged record and it is through our diligence and assistance that the customer was able to get it corrected. We have consistently communicated with the customer through over 20 emails and explained how and when the correction would be made. We expect an update in the coming week. It is for this reason that we pay for updates to this database every month and as we informed the customer we will email her once we have confirmed the state agency has removed it from our next update. PublicData.com is not a consumer reporting agency and data provided by PublicData.com does not constitute a consumer report as that term is defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C.a sec 1681 et seq.       They just automatically deducted money on my bank card with no warning no email no Phone call. I want the funds returned I did not authorize this. Filed a dispute with my bank to stop this and next step I'll contact my lawyer to contact them if I have to go that route for fraud and credit card abuse.

While the notice does not require a response we would like to clear up any confusion about this complaint. Regarding this specific complaint: 1. March 13, 2022 at 6:09 AM we sent an email to: **********@me.com entitled: "Courtesy Notice Regarding Your PublicData.com Renewal" email, which we have been sending to Ms. Daniels each year since 2013, as she has been a customer with us these past 9 years. Since this email was not returned to us we must assume that it is probably stuck in the customer's Juke or Spam folder. 2. March 27, 2022 at 1:09 AM the customer's account automatically renewed, as it has for the past 9 years. 3. March 28, 2022 at 8:14 AM the customer cancelled her account. Since it was after it had already renewed, this would result in the account cancelling at the end of the billing cycle. 4. March 28, 2022 at 8:21 AM we received an email from the customer to cancel her account and refund her money. 5. March 28, 2022 at 12:09 PM we cancelled the customer's account, refunded her money, sent an email confirming the account was cancelled with a zero balance and another email to confirm her refund was processed. We are not sure why the customer filed this complaint as we did what she requested and confirmed all with emails in a timely manner. We hope you will notate and keep this response in the file.       I have requested numerous times to be removed from their public information - have followed all the rules and only received responses that my request will be resolved within 1-3 business days,. We are at day 10 - I am being stalked and am scared for my physical safety and well being. I have tried all I can to get this company to respond and remove my personal informtion both personally and professional - phone numbers, address, business addresses and agency, my family, my house size, purchase price, everything. It should not be so readily available to be utilized for harm.

Regarding this specific complaint: Please note information on our website is not searchable through "Google" or any other search engine. The only way to view a record on our website would be to have an account. The complainant refers to "have followed all the rules and only received responses that my request will be resolved within 1-3 business days". 1. We can find no account under the name of the complainant, nor any account with the complainant's email or address. 2. Please note, there are no phone numbers on our website. 3. There is no opt-out options on our website. Databases on our website are maintained by state agencies. If a customer is looking to remove information from a state agencies database we supply the name of the state agency so they may contact them directly. It would appear that the customer has confused us with another website with a similar name. Please note PublicData.com is not affiliated with any other websites with similar names containing the words "PublicData". We would suggest the customer examine the website address with "the opt-out option" and that this complaint be redirected to the correct company. Although the business states they find no record of my name, coincidentally yesterday I received notice that all of my information was removed and I have confirmed under each name I had listed. All I wanted was my information removed and yes this company does have an opt out option on their website.

      Occasionally I must use Google to ensure I can preserve the safety of myself and my family. I have been victim to domestic violence. It is imperative that my information is not published on the internet for others to use maliciously. It is disgustingly intrusive that a company can publish the exact location of someone not knowing their history. I would like my presence removed from their website and any other sites they own.
