MamyPoko celebrates 15th anniversary with first free-gift points programme

IN CELEBRATION of its 15th anniversary, MamyPoko launched the diaper market's first point-collection campaign, allowing customers to enjoy free gifts.

“It has been 15 years that MamyPoko has won trust and support in Thailand,” said Tadashi Nakai, managing director of Unicharm (Thailand) Co. “Our insight about customers’ changing needs is the key that enables us to develop the right product that helps parents and make babies happy.
“To thank them for their support throughout these years, we initiated this point-collection campaign for free gifts.
“We strongly believe this campaign will enable us to strengthen our relationship with customers while strengthening our brand preference in Thailand. This will increase customers’ satisfaction that will boost sales more than 10 per cent and at the same time allow us to gain more market share.”
Under the Poko Chan Point Programme, customers buying MamyPoko Extra Dry Speedwave and MamyPoko Pants Extra Soft can use the code attached to the product package to register on www.mamypoko.com to collect points and redeem the gift. MamyPoko will deliver the gift directly to their home later.
“We believe that the key success mix includes the right product that best addresses customers’ needs and the right marketing programmes that strengthen the relationship and trust between brand and customers.
“Based on this belief, we will continue to bring to our customers the right programmes that will enhance their experience with our brand,” Nakai said.
The company invited 100 customers who are MamyPoko Facebook fans to join the 15th-anniversary celebration and witness the launch of the Poko Chan Point Programme.
Participants received special gifts and had the chance to meet celebrities, including Cattleya Krachangnet and daughter Nessie, Supakorn Kitsuwan and his wife Tassarin and daughter, Waranit Jirarojcharoen and son, Witawat Singhalampong and wife Annika and daughter.
