I love the fact that by remembering to buy something I want online actually makes me money! Sometimes it's only a pound or so, but those pounds mount up! I really can't see why anyone WOULDN'T use Quidco; I know there are other sites offering a similar service, but Quidco is very easy to deal with.

I don't think you can beat Quidco! I would encourage anybody to use it. The prices are at least as good as if you were dealing with the retailer directly ( ive checked this several times) and you get cashback. Yes you have to wait a little while for it on occasions, but its worth it. You can then convert your cash back into enhanced gift cards say for Asda or Costa with an extra 10% added. Perfect!

Still havent received my cash back after a year,just keep being told Easy jet havent confirmed it, so I think Quidco shouldn’t use Easy Jet if they don’t honour the cash back.

I’ve being a Quidco member for many years. It was one of the first companies to give you cash back for shopping. The rates have always been competitive, compared to other sites. Personally, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

It just works. Quietly sits in the background and chugs along. Easily tracks cashback automatically and for those instance it doesn't, it's easy to manually add transactions. Withdrawal options are numerous with certain partner offers which give additional increases to your pot. Biggest wins are during insurance renewals so keeping an eye on that when it comes.

I book all my travel on Expedia etc via Quidco. It's a nice reward a few months later to get an email with the cash back. I tend to monitor the rates and book when I see a special deal.
In my experience the tracking rarely fails. One of the other sites is not as consistent in my opinion.

As a use of Quidco for a number of years now, I find reasonable offers and cashback deals. They are good at tracking and paying out. Typically the financial products have the best cash back deals - like insurance, savings - some mobile and broadband deals.

Easy and straightforward to use the site lots of updates regarding cashback earned. Good range of discounts offered covering most things. Easy to withdraw money earned with bonuses offered too.

It takes a very long time for rewards to be confirmed. Longer than Quidco’s rival. For example I’ve only just been paid out for a transaction that was tracked beginning of November! That seems to be an excessive amount of time to wait in my opinion. Once all my rewards have been processed I will no longer remain a member.

Been with them for years, annoying if a transaction is declined but they try to sort it with the retailer…
I work on the basis that cashback isn’t 100% guaranteed so I accept that.

Easy to navigate, and my experience since joining in 2010 has been excellent. Have recommended app to those not aware of it. Find it difficult to think of anything negatives stuffs to talk about.

The site consistently does not track, including allocating the correct advertised amount (naturally all conditions were met).

Their customer service is appealing.

Would stay away from them and choose to use competitors all day long.


UPDATE: after the above 1 star post on Trustpilot, Quidco's customer service finally decided it was right to follow up on my request. This is the reason to revise rating to 3 stars. At least they care about their image and good name, however customers don't have to take action before they look into valid requests.

This should be good. It isn't. Waiting 8 months for cashback on one purchase and 4 months on another is obismal. I've never encountered such a poor reward system.
Judging by their reply they think it is fine to make people wait 8 months. I wonder how long they wait for their payoff? NOT 8 months!!
I will never!!!!!! Use it again.I recommend Jam Doughnut. You are credited instantly. They manage it, but with no third parties involved.

It's such an easy way of making a bit extra from your purchases.
If your buying items then it's a no brainer not to use Quidco to your advantage.
Easy to use, easy to withdraw your money. Of course Quidco make money from it too.
Only downside is it takes a long time for cashback to arrive in your account, so be patient

Easy to use and a great way to get cash back on everyday purchases from a lot of different retailers.

They no longer chase companies that promise cashback then never give it. I have continually flagged Sky Protrct, getting nothing but generic responses. Then lo and behold you get an email saying it is now too old to do anything about. This sounds like a deal between Quidco and Sky so payments are never made.

It’s great to get Cashback, but having to wait so long for the Cashback to be confirmed is a bit off putting or being declined.

Used to be good but now rates are really low and takes 4-6 months to get any cashback. Often declines cash back for no reason and the appeal process is long winded.
