Incorrectly terminated
Have been happily a member for a long time. Suddenly after having my redemption reversed and a day later I cannot login. I contact customer service and I'm told my account has been flagged, when it was their own fault, after completing Captchas I'd instantly get so many error messages screening me out for rushed answers? Rushed when I couldn't even start. Next time I contacted customer services again, I'm told it's because I have more than 1 account, which is completely false, I've had the 1 account for years. I dont understand why I'm suddenly being treated so badly from what I thought was a good company.
