Have been happily a member for a long time. Suddenly after having my redemption reversed and a day later I cannot login. I contact customer service and I'm told my account has been flagged, when it was their own fault, after completing Captchas I'd instantly get so many error messages screening me out for rushed answers? Rushed when I couldn't even start. Next time I contacted customer services again, I'm told it's because I have more than 1 account, which is completely false, I've had the 1 account for years. I dont understand why I'm suddenly being treated so badly from what I thought was a good company.

Far too complex, largely a waste of time, and they often refuse to give you points. It takes ages to log into a survey due to endless test questions that are repetitive and unnecessary. If you complete a survey, they can take over a year to give you points and half the time do not give any. They then blame their client despite the survey having been completed more than a year ago.

I personally refer to Panel Station as a "too good to be true" paid online survey platform. Really glad I came across it. I've been there for 2years plus and counting now. Also, I've converted a good number of points for shopping vouchers. The fact that your time spent answering those surveys ain't a waste is greatly fascinating, which is quite uncommon to other survey platforms. To everyone that loves answering surveys. This is a bad application. Points in review takes more than 4-6 weeks as they stated. To get help is a almost impossible, they just closed your complaints without being solved. To redeem your points is another issue. Sometime you complete more than 50% of survey and receive a message says you are not qualified for survey. Some questions are repetitive.
In short they are not reliable. There are more other survey much better

The panel station is a genuine website which actually cares about your opinion and compensates you deservingly of your time dedicated. It's an easy source of income from the comfort of the home plus we get to give our opinion regarding so many products . I definately recommend everyone to take surveys on this site.

Excellent survey plateform
TPS is actually the best survey providing service I found .. been using it for 3 years now . got paid several times for my accumulated surveys credits with shopping coupons
TPS stands out from other syrvey plateform in -being trustworthy & true paying service
- providing many surveys that may concern everyone
- good customer support
although their app & website is simple looking, it is professional & to the point

It’s really a great experience being a part of this Panel Station as Panelist. I started using this TPS around 2020 if I’m not mistaken and I got ald received a lot of gifts from the points I redeemed. I will be continuing to support and accepting all the surveys that will come in the future .

I receive surveys daily and it's so good. The surveys are relevant and interesting. Some of them are so long but generally it's OK. The time to analise answers is too long. I have 5 surveys "pendant" from July. The answers are not to describe something, so there's nothing to read. What's the matter?!?

I am new here and still learning the survey. I am in my late 50s and with TPS I am able to use my extra time earning. I hope I can get my first redemption soon. I thank TPS for this opportunity to make my time profitable... no time wasted. not all surveys are for me but I am confident I will get surveys where I am fully qualified.
