Well I tried to add the Defiance CD keys from Steam to my Trion Defiance account. Trion accepted all 4 cd keys (beta, pre-order, standard edition, tier 3 unlocks). I tried to run the patcher again and it said log in successful but account not authorized. I'm guessing that I just have to wait till midnight PST. Steam still doesn't let me pre-load the game yet.

I've had a Trion account for a while, my email is verified. They just don't recognize the password reset.

I have a current Trion account with rift, my "add code" tab shows all the cd keys are registered, but I still get the "This account is not entitled to play deffiance" screen.

Titan worlds websight i'm sure is getting slamed right now as everybody tries to get in at once. add in their error that needs the pw reset. and we have the perfect mixture of a failed launch.

Same problem here. Created a brand new account, can log in to the website but the client tells me I have entered wrong email or password. Yes, I got the email to verify my email, which I did and still have a problem.

Seems the servers handling logins for Defiance are having troubles. Give it some time and try again.

The authentication servers are offline.

This is what i was doing also. I ended up making a new account with a different email. And it logged in via the verification email i was sent. From there i was able to download the client patcher. However, when i launch the patcher (to download the game) I am required to enter email/password agai. Which is coming up incorrect again. FUUUUUUUUU.

Are you guys having trouble with the client login or the account management?

im guessing that the account/password server takes awhile to sinc with the web and game server so id give it 24hrs then ask them for a few days of bonus boosted xp once you can finally log in
