The Chancellor of the University In accordance with the charter of the University of Nizwa and its Executive Regulations and in accordance with work interest, it has been decided the following:
Article (1): The University of Nizwa considers e-mail an official means of communication at the University. Accordingly, all staff and faculty members are expected to utilize this means effectively, check their e-mail on a regular basis, and shall utilize available resources including Google Calendar to better coordinate and communicate their work activities.
Article (2): For all email issued to staff and faculty of the University the standardized e-mail signaturemust be used. Said official signature is accessible at: www.unizwa.edu.om/sign/ and the tutorial on how to implement the signature is accessible on campus at http://cis/uon/training/ |
