I've had Aegean Miles & Bonus since 2014 and I haven't flown for years at a time. Seems like they have no expiry either? Hopefully not one of those fake "no expiry", but "need activity once per year" clauses.
You can also seemingly transfer to Accor points, if that's your thing.

The offer is valid for new Miles+Bonus registrations or Basic account upgrades that will take place from 20.11.2020 (00:00, Greece time) up until 01.12.2020 (23:59, Greece time) through aegeanair.com and the Aegean app.
The 5,000 miles refer only to award miles, that do not expire according to the program's terms and conditions.
Upon registration completion, the member gets 1,000 welcome miles (award & tier miles)
The extra 4,000 award miles will be credited to the Miles+Bonus accounts of new members by 15.12.2020.
