Shop is a shopping destination and delivery tracking app that's available to customers on iOS, Android, on the web, and through agentic shopping experiences. Shop is available in countries where Shopify Payments is supported in the following languages:

- Portuguese

- Swedish
Customers can use Shop to track packages, discover new stores and products, make purchases using Shop Pay, earn and redeem Shop Cash on eligible purchases, and engage with your brand. If a customer uses Shop Pay Installments, then they can also use the Shop app to manage their payments.
If your store meets the eligibility requirements outlined in the Shop Merchant Guidelines, then your store and products are automatically listed in Shop, and the Shop sales channel appears in your Shopify admin.
You can activate Track with Shop so customers can install the app from your order status page, or use posts and post-purchase offers to stay connected with customers on Shop.
