I was skeptical at first , hearing horror stories of going through a debt relief program , but Freedom Debt Relief is an amazing company . We had done everything we could think of to lower our bills so that we could pay our monthly debt and be able to eat at the same time , even clearing out our 401k to pay off our car to give us a little breathing room , but as soon as we had that little bit of money , our electric bill increased by 3x (Texas Summers) , car insurance doubled, and it seemed our ‘freedom’ was swallowed up by inflation . We were back where we started . I called Freedom Debt Relief, spoke to an amazing agent who walked me through the steps to get started , explaining the website , the way they consistently negotiate with your creditors to pay of your debt . Is it a fast process? No. But in the long term , it pays off debt faster than if you continued to pay yourself , AND the 3 accounts they have already negotiated with took $1000’s off the amount I had to pay back . I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling and does not want to go down the ugly ‘bankruptcy’ road . With this route , you feel good knowing you are still paying the debt you owe, but they help you manage it so much better.

Customer service is always helpful and patient. My experience has been a positive one as they negotiate and work towards reducing my debt. Its been an emotional roller coaster for me as I payoff debt but with the help of FDR I know im in good hands. They always work in my benefit and provide helpful videos to explain common questions and concerns.

I hardly miss the money each month since it’s automatically withdrawn from my account. I was surprised that one account was already settled! I’m very happy that I decided to pay off these bills this way!

After enrolling in this program I felt relieved and protected. I didn’t graduate yet but the fact that I know that they are negotiating, taking action to resolve my financial hardship to pay off my debts is a life changing. Now I can sleep at night knowing that I’m in the right path.
When I login to my account I can see clearly my progress and the actions that they are taking for me.
I wish I enrolled earlier and I truly recommend this program to everyone experiencing financial hardship.

I am using this service because the lady I spoke to didn't divulge the true picture of what takes place. I was told only the very basic overview. Now I found that every time I make a deposit, they take more than half to cover their fees. They can't move forward in my process because I need to build funds. That will NEVER happen as long as they keep filling their pockets first. SO DISAPPOINTED!! I feel swindled
