While I do appreciate the 3 accounts settled and at around 50%, what I didn't know was how high the "fees" would be. I especially didn't know there is a fee for EACH payment NDR makes to the creditor (payoff happens over 3 or 4 months not in one payment). I am not a fan of sneaky fees that are not explained thoroughly.

They have made the process stress free, mostly due to the level of communication. They take the time to go over the process and any questions you have. Response time to questions is very short. We started with another company and had a hard time to get any questions answered. Luckily we were able to move over to NDR without too much trouble.

What went wrong was that NDR communicated to me that they had a settlement with one of my creditor Banks. I thought that I had to accept that settlement and so I did.
But it meant that I had to pay $650 immediately and I didn't have it.
So I am very happy with the way NDR dealt with this situation.
Once I complained about this we realize what had happened and they agreed to make it so that I could make monthly payments on the $650 to them instead of the whole lump sum.
I am very happy with how NDR has helped bring me emotional relief and make my debt workable for me.
