Absolutely dreadful survey site! Don't waste your time.
Toluna cancelled a rewards redemption of mine THREE times, with no explanation until I worked my way through their not exactly user-friendly customer service portal, then said they'd done so because they'd detected 'unusual activity' and that I was accessing my account from a different location. Despite the fact the first time I'd requested the reward was from my home on the same laptop I always use. As was the third request, which was also rejected. When I tried to log into my account just now to start the laborious customer service process again, it had been deactivated. Just don't waste your time. You need such a ludicrously high number of points to get rewards, and then even when you have the damn points they just refuse to honour them anyway!
