I’ve have nothing but good things to say about Progressive Leasing. They're upfront, fair, kind, courteous and their merchandise is good! After all, you picked it out yourself! You agreed at the time of lease to everything and all terms and if you didn’t it’s because you can’t read! Or didn’t take the time to. They deal with people every single day that have no intention of ever making even 1 payment on their items after purchase, and of people complaining about their merchandise to get out of paying! I think they do a pretty dang good job putting up with the ** they have to put up with on a daily basis!

It took me several weeks of sleeping on my mattress which was financed through progressive leasing to realize that the mattress I purchased was new but the mattress I delivered was second-rate used merchandise. When I reported this issue to Progressive Leasing agent they told me that any company that would sell used merchandise as new would be liable under the state laws for betting for doing such a thing and that if I'm stuck with the mattress because the mattress company won't take the thing back even though it's a used mattress they sold me that Progressive Leasing would make good on the return by picking up the merchandise themselves.

I’ve been using Progressive Leasing since 2018. I’ve purchased a mattress, jewelry, tires, Apple Macbooks, living room set, bedroom set, with always receiving great customer service. I initially was approved for $2400 in 2018 and my most recent approval was $3975. I always receive a higher approval than needed and aim to pay off my lease in 90-180 days. My credit wasn’t the best when I first started using them and now even with a 740 credit score I continue to use them so I don’t overload my credit which decreases my score. I have never had a bad experience and recommend using them first versus credit if you’re able to pay it off in less than 6 months.

This is the second time I use them because of how great they did when I first used them. I had bad credit back then and needed furniture to move into our new apt and they approved me with no issues. I was planning on doing the 90 days same as cash option so I wasn’t paying so much interest (like you would with any credit/leasing). I lost my job and missed a couple of payments. I got a call from someone asking for clarity and I stressed how I was looking for a new job and was just not wanting to pay interest as it would make my situation worse.

I have used Progressive Leasing several times over the course of several years and never had any major problems with them. When you lease a product through them you do pay more than the original price but you make monthly or biweekly payments based on how much the product is or you can purchase it using the 90 day option for a discount price. It's a great program if you want or need a big purchase but don't have the cash or credit to get a store card to purchase. The more you use them the better and more credit you will get from them. I would highly recommend.

Ordered a lawnmower through the concierge service. Told them and had the rep confirm back to me THREE TIMES that the lawnmower would be assembled when I picked it up. When I arrived at Lowe's for pickup, the lawnmower was still in the box and I was told the concierge never included it on the order. Lowe's stated my options were to call Progressive or return it.

I've been dealing with this company 3 years. I've gotten multiple purchases from them. Furnished my entire apartment through them but I've learned something... they cut you off if you pay off too many leases early. Now I can't even get anyone in customer service to talk to me. I've never been disrespectful and I've always paid my leases off before the 90 days. Now I can't get approved for a loan from them for ANY company. It's discrimination and I'm contemplating getting my lawyer involved.

We have purchased several big ticket items from Progressive. We are on a fixed budget and don’t have much disposable income. When our washing machine went out, we were able to get approved quickly and we had a brand new set in just a few days! We wouldn’t have been able to get such a nice set so quickly without Progressive. I had to call customer service and they were so nice and helpful also. They take the time to explain everything and don’t make you feel like a second rate citizen for having to use their services. We are so thankful for them!

I needed help to get any washer and Progressive was there to help me out. I got you one day and was unable to make a few payments and they help me with that as well no questions asked and I got back on track. When somebody gives you a chance like progressive did for me there's nothing but good things to say about that kind of a company. This is my first least with progressive but I can see them in my future helping me out. Thank you progressive.

Buyers Beware!!! It is not 90 days same as cash. They charge a fee in the small print, in my case $170.84. Even if you pay the total off the day after the lease commenced they will not work with you to refund the fee. If you dispute with your credit card, Progressive puts it back on your account pushing the due date out way in the future showing you will owe some abhorrent amount of interest which will eventually go against your credit. I called several times asking for help and they refuse. It's clear to me this is not someone I want to do business with in the future. I didn't need the credit. Just took the 90 days same as cash offer. It's sad to see unfortunate souls that really need the help get taken advantage like this. The abhorrent amount you pay in the end to have something today does not make good business sense.
