      I purchased a display bed from biglots though progressive. I was told it would be $900 for the full price since it was a display and was severely damaged. I made about 3-4 payments then the total went up to $2000. Don't use this company they will lie and steal your money.

      I placed an order in store for a camera and a lens to be delivered to my home. The delivery never took place and there was bo proof of delivery. I contacted the store in person who assured me i would receive a refund. However they couldnt process it. The lease was made through Progressive Leasing - Best buy and both progressive and best buy pointed the finger at each other to process the refund. But ultimately best buy left it up to progressive to process it. It has been several months and still no items have shown up nor has a refund been issued.

      Back in november 2023 I cancelled a service 1 day after signing up. I was going to lease a phone through them from cricket however, i decided to buy a phone out right. I have been trying to cancel the contract for the past 5 months. I sent progressive leasing a copy of my UPS tracking number to prove I sent the phone back. I also sent a cricket confirmation of return and a recieved reciept. They continue to charge me for a phone I dont have and they are effecting my credit score. They keep telling me that i need a reciept that i have continually provided. They also say they need cricket to send this receipt and when i call cricket they say they cant do anything. I appreciate all your help. I cant imagine paying for an item that has been returned and also be reliable for a contract when i had cancelled it within a 24 hour period of time.

      I have been with Progressive Leasing since 2018 and I have never had an issue such as this one before. I edited my **** 2024 payment to come out on 3/22/24 rather than 3/1/24 and the next payment should have been moved to 4/22/24, rather less than 2 weeks later, I was billed $108 again on 4/1/24. That caused my bank account to be overdrawn and I immediately contacted Progressive who stated the billing was an error, and they will process a refund but I cannot get a refund until 10 business days from the date of the transaction. I spoke to 2 supervisors who said that they will send an email stating I was taken off autopay and outlining my refund. I have not received any email. In addition, the supervisor was very difficult stating they could expedite my refund only if they can have access to my banking information. That is my personal private information, my banking information has nothing to do with them. I am more than willing to share my withdrawal from 4/1/24 but they are purposely being difficult. I reported them to my bank and they are investigating. I am also reporting them to the BBB. They stole money from my bank account and are purposely giving me the runaround in my refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: I feel Progressive Leasing is shady. Immediately after this response, I was called by an agent who said they could cut me an overnight check but needed to know that the money cleared before they could do that. The agent was under the interpretation that I owed them $108 when I clearly expressed that Progressive Leasing TOOK $108 from my bank account without permission hence the complaint. The agent said they would call back same day on 4/2/24, I did not receive a call back and this is typical for Progressive. It took constant phone calls and complaints to a supervisor, as well as waiting on the phone for 1 hour for me to even get an email confirming my refund. 

      I am offended that eventhough funds were taken from me without my consent, Progressive Leasing has the audacity to ask for more money, asking when I could pay off the remaining balance of the lease. How about you give me my money back then we can talk about when the lease will be paid off. All I want is my money back, that's it. They're making it more complicated than it needs to be. To get a refund, they want to see my complete 30 day bank account transaction history unredacted so they can see everywhere and everyone I have paid that has nothing to do with them. My mortgage company, security company, job, etc is none of their business. I feel they are purposely being difficult. I have been with Progressive Leasing since I was about 18 years old, so for about 9 years and even my track record as a customer means nothing. I have never once complained, and that should mean something. I paid on my lease installments, I did everything I was supposed to do. It was Progressive Leasing who is trying to s**** over their loyal customers to make a quick buck, I want my money back and there's nothing else to discuss.

      I spoke with a foreigner at 2:22pm EST who was very rude, she talked over me the entire time an then asked for me to send a copy of my social security card to an email address for her to fix my account due to the system having my social incorrect. I spoke with 2 other representatives before her who pulled my account with my social and had no problems finding it, i refused to give her the info and she proceeded to say that I called her to get help and that whatever I want to do going over is on me. I told her that her customer service ***** I will call in to make my payments and hung up.

      on feb 14 i placed an order on zales.com order number ************** and lease id ******** as always they took out the intial payment of ***** for my debit car ending in 2678 the return has been completed since the 9th of march and i still havnt received my refund of ***** back to my debit card progressive leasing is supposed to return the initial payment fee and i understand it can take up to 10 business days but i have had isssues with them in the past

      Today I tried applying for a plan so I can pay for all the accessories for 5 free phones. I applied the first time and they asked for my bank statements try to overturn it. I gave my bank account login information and they still denied me for whatever reason. I called and talked to a manager, they said because it's personal information they cannot disclose the reason over the phone. I have to wait almost a week to find out why which is just so stupid.

      Tommie in CPA employee ID:**** hung up on me while speaking to him. Ive been on the phone with progressive over 2 hrs just trying to find resolution to my account. My limit keeps going down evetime i apply. I always have to call in and talk to someone because Iam always denied. Ive had asked for a increase for $2,000 and i did NOT get it. No-one there cares about their customers. I have had 20 + leases with them and not once have had any type of recognition or feel that i was welcomed for spending so much money there. Its time that they show some kind of appreciation. I WILL NOT BE SHOPING THRU PROGRESSIVE LEASING EVER AGAIN. They cant even get your name right. i was called ****** and felt offended.

      I used progressive leasing to purchase a washer and dryer from a business called Appliances connection. I was told by the trucking company that appliances connection were not paying their bills and may be filing bankruptcy. They advised me they can it deliver my items and most likely,I'll never receive them. I have called progressive multiple times to have them cancel the contract and explain the situation. I was told by multiple representatives that it was being escalated to have it canceled by leadership. However,on multiple occasions I was hung up on and the reps were very rude. Also,they took money out of my bank account and refuse to refund me even though I never received my delivery. I have to call several times and at times I've been on hold for an hour only to be disconnected. They are extremely unprofessional and I'll never do business with them again. I want my refund and aso want the contract to be canceled as I never received any goods from my purchase. No one is doing anything to resolve my issue.

      I am rejecting this response because I have been told several times someone in management would contact me regarding my issue. No on ever calls me back. Also when I call in ,I'm on hold for over an hour every time and have to listen to that miserable hold music. I want this contract canceled as I will never receive my merchandise. That company is closing!!! If this isn't resolved asap, I will consult with my attorney and explore other options
