      I am rejecting this response because:

      I did receive an email after I made the complaint to the BBB.  I did receive one prior to that blaming me for the items vanishing from my order.  That I supposedly did not follow the instructions.   When given proof that i did follow instructions,  they then blamed me for "navigating away from the link"  which caused the items to vanish from the order.  So i was blamed for poor website design.  They went on to inform me that the only way for them to honor my coupon was for me to reach out to a third party and try to get them to "null" the promotion.   With the email i received after the BBB complaint they sent out a 22oz tumbler/cup, but did not include the other items from the promotion.   They also made it out to be my fault by trying to get ahold of them multiple times which caused them to put me in the back of the line.

      I ordered many Cirkul flavors from the main website, to include other accessories for my Cirkul bottle totaling close to $50. On arrival all the items were wet inside the box, a huge mess. We took all the items out of the box and washed them off to find which ones, if not all, were damaged. It seemed as though it was 2 of the many flavors that were busted and leaking so we tossed those. I looked on the website to see what to do about damaged items and was instructed to contact them via email. I done so. Received a reply days later. Stated they would not refund or replace unless I placed another order. The website states : Q: My bottle, lid, or Sip is damaged.A: Oh no! That's the last thing we want to hear! Please contact us at ********************************** with any concerns about damaged products so we can get you back to hydrating in a custom, convenient and clean way!Does not say anywhere to take pictures before trashing leaking items. After many email discussions, I decided it was principle at this point and indicative of a scam. Included are the email discussions. Initially, I just wanted replacement for resolve.

      This company advertised a promotion for a free metal bottle with purchase of 10 cartridges. I placed 10 qualifying cartridges in my cart with the free metal bottle and placed my order. Upon receipt of notification of shipment, my order did not contain the metal bottle and when I contacted the company they notified me that I only ordered 9 cartridges. I asked them if I could return/refund and then told me they do not allow that and when I asked if I could purchase 1 more cartridge to receive the metal bottle, they told me they would not do that because the order was not placed all together. This company is dishonest and is unwilling to help their customers.

      Defective product purchased 2/4/2024, It is a water bottle which comes with flavor filters that are to be inserted into the lid. However, the lid has a tiny hole from which water escapes and drips on your person. I tried adjusting the lid several times, but got the same bad result. I immediately complained to the merchant and asked to return the defective product and a refund of the purchase price. Merchant just sent a new lid to me, which was also defective. When I complained the second time the merchant said they would send another lid. I said NO! Then sent it anyway. That third lid was also defective.

      I attempted to update my "next shipment date" from my cell phone on Friday, 3/29/24, and the Cirkul system initiated a new order, without my going through the multi-step authorization process that Cirkul insists is necessary to initiate a new order. When I saw that this order had been initiated, I started calling Cirkul customer service (3/29), and called several times throughout the day, each time receiving a message that nobody was available and to email for further assistance. I emailed on 3/29, explaining the situation, but did not hear back until 3/30, at which time they told me it was too late to cancel my order. I expressed that I would be willing to test with them, to show them what I did and how the order was initiated without my completing the multi step authorization, but the only real response I got for several emails was an offer of a $5 coupon for more cartridges that I don't need. It was not until I advised that I would take the matter to the BBB, that I got a slightly more extensive, though not much better reply, from a Team Lead, despite having asked for an escalation. When I finally got my tracking #, it showed that my package was not mailed until 4/2, four days after my initial call to cancel this erroneous order.

      I placed two orders using a link that provides a free white stainless steel water bottle with the purchase of 10 flavor cartridges. Each order was for my two children for Easter. When I opened the two packages, I only received one water bottle. I looked at my receipt, and the order reflected what was sent (as in the free water bottle was not reflected on the second order). When I asked customer service, they said the promotion was only one bottle per household. My complaint is that the website never indicated that the free water bottle was removed from my cart. It appeared in my cart until I paid for the order. The purchasing process was misleading and was false advertising. I asked for a free white stainless steel bottle and they said they they would only send a plastic bottle (lesser value). My desired resolution is receiving the free white stainless steel bottle that was advertised.

      I purchased two cirkul bottles and 10 different flavor cartridges. This was for myself and my 12 y.o. My 12 y.o. picked the GoSIP but we did not realize it had caffeine. It's on a small section of the back of the box that there is caffeine added. My son had one full bottle with the setting on 5. He became tachycardia and we had to use an ambulance to get to the local children's hospital. He was admitted to the ** and we were there for our hours until he stable. The advertising on the bottle should be much plainer with warnings.

      I could not figure out how to cancel my order because I am not good with technology so I sent the company an email asking them to cancel it for me. After a string of emails in which they asked if I still want to cancel I confirmed that I would like to cancel. I got no response and 2 weeks later was charged for my subscription even though I clearly asked them to cancel it for me. They claimed my order had already shipped even though it clearly hadn't since I got a notification 3 days later when it was actually shipped. They were no help in returning or cancelling my order.

      I ordered a new bottle from Cirkul, I paid $30.00 for it, when I opened the box it had a big scratch and dent on it. I immediately tried to contact Cirkul, with no luck. I emailed them and included a picture, they emailed me back offering $10.00. This is not acceptable, they should replace the bottle that they sent damaged. They need to stand by their products.

      After I filed my complaint Cirkul did the right thing and is replacing mywater bottle. So this complaint is no longer valid.
