I received my Indigo Mastercard the last week of April 2025. I began using it, making simple purchases such as gas (which was the most expensive) and minor out and about items. I went to make an online transaction (yesterday, May 6, 2025) and could not due to it telling me to change my card information. I called and was told my card was blocked due to suspicious fraudulent activity. It hasn't been a week and I've only made small purchases, but that was the result. I was told I had to either fax or mail my license and it would be unblocked. After hours of waiting I called back, in which I was told that once I faxed (which I did) it would take 5-7 days to verify. No notification of a block. No questions. Just blocked and moved on. **************** wasn't the best help and difficult to understand. I dont know what caused any of this and it immediately made me regret applying.Business Response

Concora Credit is spamming my phone multiple times per week using a different phone number each time so they can't be blocked by phone *********** phone number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry, and I have reported their calls with the National Do Not Call Registry and FTC but their calls to my phone persist.Business Response

I was stupid with a credit card through Concora called destiny mastercard. They made an offer for me to settle the account and for It to close out by a specific date. I agreed with the offer but called back asking if I could still make the one time Payment but it be 2 or 3 days late and it still count. The lady that I spoke to on the phone stated she had to check with her supervisor so she put me on hold then came back and stated that if I did that then it would STILL BE UPHELD. fast forward months and its still showing up on my credit report as being late after I made that $300 and some dollar payment. I got another letter in the mail offering me the same deal and I called and inquired about it and they told me it DID not count because it was not the date in the letter. I told them when I called back I was told it would. I am dying from stage IV terminal cancer now and having to deal with it in my collections and being harassed by evil collections people. I made the payment that was agreed upon, I would not have made it 2 or 3 days later if they told me it would not count. I dont remember the exact date but it was in the end of the summer 2024 or early fall of 2024.Business Response

I responded to Milestone's (Concora Credit) online advertisement in 2024 regarding the offer of a credit card for credit risky people. I promptly used the card for one purchase of over $200. When I got the paper bill, it included a charge of $250.00 which was a complete surprise to me. My husband and I immediately called the company and paid, in full, the amount owed due to the purchase. But we also told the customer service representative that we were ripping up the credit card and wanted nothing more to do with the company as the $250 fee came as a complete surprise to us. We, in fact, cut the card up on that day. Since then we have been deluged with bills from this fraudulent company to pay the $250 fee plus penalties, etc. ************ needs to be put out of business. 16, 2024 through August 23, 2024." here, they are INCORRECT. One purchase was made. When we learned that the firm was charging us $250 for the ONE purchase already made, we ripped up the card and told their representative that we wanted nothing to do with her company.

Was approved for Milestone credit card. And just like every other complaint, used it 1 time and they put a fraud lock on the card. Was told to fax my ID, which blows my mind because I didn't have to when I applied. Then was told it would take 1-2 weeks to lift the fraud lock. Decided to research this wannabe rip off company on BBB Website and low and behold every complaint I read was exactly the same thing. So I called them back and told them to close the account and stop scamming people. Funny thing is it took no delay to close a account without ID verification but would've took 1-2 weeks to lift the fraud lock to be able to use the card again????? I will be filing a lawsuit against this piece of s*** company and they will never receive a ***** of my money. Why hasn't the BBB shut this scammer ******** down.Business Response

I had two credit cards with this company. An indigo card which was resolved and a milestone credit card. Both cards were canceled on the same day. Ifiled a complaint regarding the indigo card that they were still charging me three dollars a month. Now they are charging me $19 a month onthis milestone credit card. This was long canceled cut up and is still remaining on my credit Report as being owed. I no longer have the number to provide very disappointed that this business continues to charge people $19 a month over $220 year to keep a credit card open with such a low limit. Thats why I canceled the card a month ago. I would like it removed for mycredit report. I would like the balance to reflect zero because thats what it is.Business Response

I made an early payment of $13.00 towards my Indigo Mastercard which has been confirmed paid by both **** and your bank. However, I do not believe it has increased the available credit on my card. Please correct me if I am wrong, but it is my understanding that when one makes a payment towards their balance, their available credit increases. Why is this?Business Response

I started my Destiny account 10 months ago, with a credit limit of $300.00. Since I hadn't had any credit in a while, this card was supposed to help build my credit back up. On April 19, 2025, I was checking my Destiny card app, and when I logged in, I checked card activity, and that's when I noticed charges that I wasn't familiar with. I immediately called the number on the back of my card and began to report it to the agent who answered the call. Once I explain the unknown charges, which total $68.00. I was told the card would be canceled and a new card would be issued, and I would receive it in about 7 seven days. I also asked them about my credit protection plan that I had on my card, and I would get my misplaced funds back. I was told I would, but it would take 60 days, and I was concerned because this had taken me over my credit limit. I told him that after his investigation, I would be fully refunded. But I responded that credit protection is supposed to kick in now and not after the investigation was over, according to their protection plan. I paid $5.96 extra a month just to have this protection, and now I'm finding out that it's not what they claimed it was. When I logged back into the Destiny app, my information was gone. There was no info about my card anymore, just a number to call. I called the number and they kept me on hold for over 30 mins, and I disconnected the I have tried several times since to find out why my app and website page with my information is no longer reachable. I'm attaching what message I get to this statement after I log on to what use to be my information page concerning my account and card.Business Response

I was pre approved for a credit card that I did not sign up for but yet the account was activated and when I called on 4/24 to cancel the account I was told it was cancelled and no fees would be induced. Today 4/25 I receive an email the card was shipped and I called customer service again and they are lying stating the account was not closed off but I screen shot the portal showing the closed off account. These people are scamming people and something needs to be done. They are attempting to charge off my credit an annual fee of $250.00 for an account I did not open and for a card I did not activate.Business Response
