      I was approved for a credit card in April 2025 and still havent received the card yet and its almost June. Contacted customer service several times to be told they issued another card that I have yet to receive. Feel like theres some fraudulent activities going on with this company.

      On May 27, 2025 I received this statement from Concora Credit. It has a balance of $253.73 which is an annual fee of $250 and credit protection fee of 3.73. I never applied for this credit card. I called and they would not dropped the charged are cancel the card. They said they are sending out a letter for me to fill out to report fraud. Since there are no other charges (IE: a store charge) I believe that Concora credit gave me a credit card without my permission. I'm seeking that all charges to be dropped and the credit card be cancelled.

      I have been good about paying this credit card ahead of time. They claim the check needed to be returned. It absolutely was not returned as you can see from my bank account that I attached. They took the 25 out and then charged me 29 for returned check. I want that back.

      After unsubscribing (after never subscribing) 5-10 time from spam messages, I have been receiving them daily or multiple times a day for months and months. Even after marking these emails as spam they still often show up in my inbox. All I want is for them to stop emailing me.

      Received an offer of a credit card, applied and was approved for a credit line. Concora froze my card before the card arrived, sent a card to me, and allowed the card to be activated, all without informing me of the frozen account. All transactions declined on the card, no credit access was ever provided by this company, yet I was charged $9.95. I believe this was a fraudulent offer of credit made solely for the purpose of harvesting bogus fees for an account that I was not allowed to use. This impacted my credit rating, cost me time, money, and frustration in getting the issue resolved. I want my money refunded plus and additional $200 for the wasted time and impact to my credit rating caused by this companys fraudulent business practices.

      I leased a G70 from Genesis in May of 2022. I recently traded in my 2022 Genesis G70 for a 2025 version of the same car. The original lease was ending on 5/31/25. I had been talking to several dealers, including Genesis of *********, about trading in my car and every one of the dealers said they could take my car early and take on the payments themselves. That was discussed clearly before the trade in. I traded the car in the first days of April, and yet I get a bill for a monthly payment for April, where I was not the owner or possesor of the car. I also paid the first month of the new car payments, and when I got in touch with the dealer, they were surprised as well. Why should I pay twice for two cars when I only had one. One of the reasons I stuck with the same car was to avoid extra complications like this.Please help to sort this out.Thank You,

      paid the bill this month on the evening it was due before cut off. Logged in to find my payment was not applied and there was plenty in the paying bank account. annoyed cause how many times have a made a payment on time and this company not even post them???? I have a cofnrimation number for payment on 5/18 ************** before the due time. really discouraged and i think this is why im carrying perpetually a little past my balance each month. i went to go back in and make a payment and now that one shows canceleld but again no confimration for my 5/18 payment.

      I opened this account in December 2023 they came recommend by Marble law for a attorney I was trying to obtain for guardianship. The credit limit was $7,000 I only used $4,000 for the attorney fee. I later discovered afterwards this is not a very reputable company. I read hundreds of complaints. Earlier this year, I was about a week or two late on my monthly premium payment, they automatically reported it to **********. It was not even a month late, causing my credit score to drop 40 points. I disputed it transunion and it was removed from my credit report, how horrible. I called a few months ago to ask if I could get my premium adjusted because my finances has changed, I have a father in hospice and I am trying to take care of his estate. The representative told me flat out no, we don't offer any arrangements of that sort. She offered no empathy, compassion or concern for my situation. She didn't attempt to inquire to a higher management if there was something that could be done. I called again end of April to request a physical copy of my card, because I never received one. The credit line went straight to the Law firm for the retainer fees. Two weeks have passed and I never got the card, I called again and she indicated they would send out a new one. Once I receive the letter from them no card was in there, just a letter with the account number. No expiration date, no cvc number nothing. Instead of the two reps explaining to me they don't send out cards just the number they pretended they were, they lie and was dishonest to me. Where is the integrity with this company? They have unfair, unethical polices and dishonesty. This company needs to be looked into for how they lure people in and then treat them like dirty. Its completely unacceptable.

      Yes, I Applied For A Milestone Credit Card Through CONCORA CREDIT & Was Partially, Approved On 5-1-2025. They Emailed Me Stating They Needed Additional Documentation To Prove Who I Am Because, I Have A FRAUD ALERT On All 3 Of My Credit Bureau's. So, I Did As, They Requested Me To & I Provided A Current Copy Of My Light Bill, My State I.D. Card ( Because, I'm A Special Need's Person. I Don't Have A Driver's License At, This Time. And, A Copy Of My Social Security Card. And, I Just Called Today To Find Out I Was Being Mailed A Letter Of DENIAL What? I'm FURIOUS After, All That Providing Document's Of Who I Am. I Even Put My NEW NUMBER On My Document's In Case They Had Any, Question's & They Still, DENIED ME. I Want Them To REMOVE ALL HARD INQUIRIES From *******, ********************* Since, They Refuse To Approve Me, My APPLICATION #IS: GOLDMMC-*********. My Current Cell Phone Is: ************.       Concora credit/Indigo credit card are falsley advertising as a credit card The point of a Credit card is to have avaliable credit to use when/if it is needed. Paying off a card, or paying down the balance on a card is a simple prospect. If you owe 1000 and pay 700. You should have a 300 dollar balance along with 700 in avaliabe credit. I paid 700 dollars and have -135 dollars in avaliable credit. The money is gone from my bank account and shows posted on the card. Therefore i should have the balance of the avaliable credit. I was told its on a 14 day hold. It is commonly known that this isnt how it works. I am paying an unusually high annual rate just to have the credit card, because i have bad credit and want to build it. However, Indigo/concora credit is not acting like a typical credit card. If you advertise as a credit card then there is a reasonable expectation that comes along with it. That expectation is that when you pay down your balance you will be able to use the card. This card is now just a terrible bank account, not a credit card. False advertising and poor business practices. I want my 250 dollar anual fee back.
