Parenthood can be an exciting time. But what's not fun are the expenses that come along with that child. Especially if you adopt, you're looking at even more expenses. The parent who is not the primary also receives up to 4 weeks of parental leave.

Another unique benefit is the tuition reimbursement perk. But the company doesn't just support your professional development. No, it goes the extra step to support even your kids' educational development. In addition to reimbursing you up to $5,000 for eligible tuition expenses each year, Wells Fargo also offers several scholarships throughout the year. There are scholarships for dependent children and other scholarships that are offered to children of team members every year. The scholarships range from $1,000 to $3,000.

As a full-time employee you'll also accrue 18 days PTO in your first year with periodic increases throughout your career. A paycheck you MAY be able to rely on; benefits package; PTO amount is generous but comes at a high non-monetary cost of the employee

Cons of working at Wells Fargo

They make it clear they DO NOT care about their employees, they dismiss you if you have a disability and point fingers to avoid accountability; everyone who I’ve spoken to who has had disability leave has stated the same; every team is spread so thin that days off are no longer days off as you end up working double shifts to make up the time as there are no “backups” accounted for in staff management
