Topic: Cozi calendar app doesn't remember password
Can anyone help me get the Cozi app to work? It works correctly the first time then but then forgets the login password at the very next pass. I am using an Infocast 8" and 3.5".

I was unable to reproduce this issue here with my Infocast 8". I have let is scroll through this app for the last 20 minutes or so allowing for the app to be brought up at least 20 times. I also had it scrolling through my chumby one during this same time period in case signing in and out of two devices at the same time would make the difference. Does this happen with every pass of the app, or just once in a while?
Thanks Ross. Previously it was every single pass, over several attempts on different boxes. But due to your post I just reloaded the Cozi app on my Infocast 3.5" and so far so good through several passes. I also switched to a different channel then back to the channel with Cozi and it's still OK. Will try again on the Infocat 8" when I get home tonight and let you know.
P.S. I also emailed Cozi support on the same day I posted here but have not gotten a reply. Do you think they fixed something on their end?

Sounds quite possible. It could have been an error with their servers. I have been running it now for the last 24 hours and have not gotten a sign out. Please let us know if things change on your end.
I'm having the Same Issue On my Sony Dash For about 3 or 4 weeks now it wont stay logged in just gives me signin error message
My Cozi app has been running fine for a week now.

It runs good to me. You should contact the owner of the app owner(cozi).He will now what to do...
Update, just for what it's worth.
At the same time I posted here on 1/1/2011, I sent a message to Cozi support about the recurring login failure. While waiting for a reply, the problem went away. I then received the below reply from Cozi on 1/12/2011:

experiencing, and for our delay in responding.Unfortunately, the problem you're describing is a Chumby issue. We received
reports of a similar bug in August, but Chumby resolved it. It sounds like it
might be occurring again.Could you please confirm that you're able to sign into your Cozi account
successfully when you're signing in online? If so, your credentials are valid.
Since you're also able to sign into the Chumby the first time you try, that
would also indicate that the credentials are correct.I'm so sorry not to be able to resolve this for you directly, but hope that
Chumby will be able to solve this issue for you. If I can help with any other

Assuming this is accurate, it doesn't sound like Cozi could be bothered to reach out to the Chumby folks on my/our behalf to make sure this is right for their users. But maybe they did.
