I believe you have to use Chrome Remote Desktop on both computers!  You cannot use Teamviewer to connect to Chromebook, or use Chrome Remote Desktop to connect to TV.  I say this because your description is not clear to me?

If you are using a Windows Computer to connect to a chromebook install the "Chrome Remote Desktop" via Chrome Store.  From Chromebook you would still need the Chrome Remote Desktop on the Windows computer.  And, you would have needed to set up Unattended Access for Chrome Remote Desktop.  Unfortunately I've not used Unattended Access with Chrome Remote Desktop.

If I don't reply right away it's because I'm waiting for Windows 10 to Update.

That doesn't change anything, you still can't mix Teamviewer with Chrome Remote Desktop, and as far as I know Teamviewer don't work well, or at all on chromebooks.  Is that what you were trying to do?

On the Chrome Machine make sure you get the Chrome Remote Desktop from the Chrome Store.

Install Chrome Remote Desktop on the Windows 7 pc from the Chrome Store also, and log in with your credentials as it says below.

"If you want to use Chrome Remote Desktop for unattended access to a friend's computer, you'll need to log in once with your credentials on their computer to set it up."

Taking another look it seems there is a TV App for what you need.  Though I'm still not sure what you are doing exactly.

You are on Chromebook with what? Teamviewer or Chrome Remote Desktop?

I can only guess you need this Teamviewer app on your Chromebook to connect to your Windows 7 machine.  Then you need to set up the Windows 7 machine TV to allow Unattended Access so that you can connect at will.  I don't know if you can do this with the Free Version, or it may be limited in some way.

The part that is annoying me about getting this to work is that ive used Chrome Web Connector to connect to my computer at home before, it just stopped working recently, also the school unblocked the website but wont unblock the app so im stuck with the web connector. And by web connector i mean the online team viewer on my chromebook connecting to the teamviewer app on my win 7 machine. I also have unattended access.

I don't think I can help as I've never used the App before or Unattended Access.

I've used Teamviewer and the Chrome Remote Desktop, but again not the Teamviewer App.  I can only suggest that one of them has updated and is no longer compatible with the other, or is being blocked by the school?

You could try the Chrome Remote Desktop on both, that may work.
