iTailor

This is my second time dealing with Itailor.com, first was ok but second time, this time, I ordered 5 shirts and 7 suits. They are 3 sizes too big for me. I've contacted them and they requested photos, I sent them photos, they said they would work out the issue. Its been almost 7 month, I have oversize clothes I cannot wear and no sign of anyone in this company that seems to care. Almost $2300.00 later, im stuck. Don't make the same mistakes i made. Buy local where you can return the items if the fit is not correct.
NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered 2 suits. 1 of them the pants came 4 inches short of what was entered into their site. Rather than send new pants made to the proper measurements. They tried to get me to buy a new pair at 50% off. The owner when he noticed his staff had made a poor judgement, called me from Thailand. He made everything right. Great response to the issue.

Shortly after posting my review, I got a call from Bob, the owner. He immediately had them redo my shirts and sent them to me. I just received them and they look great.

After the quality of service I got from Bob, and the quick resolution to the issue, I'd probably be ordering from them again

I love the shirts have been getting them for over 10 years can't complement them enough if there is anything not quite right contact them direct and they bend over backwards to help you in any way, the quality of the materials and construction is se ond to none. Thank you for being there.

I have just received my second order from itailor both were brilliant quality at a great price and both were delivered in less than six weeks to the uk. I am already planning my next order and would gladly recommend this service to my best friend...

Update: "Bob" the "owner of the company" called and woke me up in the middle of the night promising that my refund would be available in my account first thing this morning and asked me to edit my negative reviews. You know what wasn't available first thing this morning? That's right, my refund.

I used the online tools to take my measurements and then order a completely custom suit. The technology seemed to work fine. When my order was complete, I realized that even with the $100 rush fee the suit would not arrive in time to meet my needs so I immediately cancelled the order through their customer service portal. I received an email stating that the order was cancelled but they have not provided a refund and have been unresponsive to my follow up requests. I would have certainly used their services in the future but not after the theft of funds.

I Have made two purchases of trousers from iTailor so far and will be ordering some jeans next. Cannot speak highly enough of the service received. Quick delivery too.

Picking the right style and detail was simple due to iTailor's well designed website, which functions really well and allows changes to be made quickly and easily. Choosing the right fabric took me a while because there is so much choice, but the site saves your measurements so reordering was pretty quick.

I didn't necessarily expect to get a pair of very well made & perfectly fitting trousers online at a good price, but life is full of surprises!

I ordered my suit February 2 in hopes to get it early for my buddy's Wedding. I went to a seamstress and got measured correctly then proceeded to order "the black" suit for 390$ cad. I double checked all my measurements by following the videos and made any small adjustments or differences. Once I received the suit today I tried it on and the shoulders were too small, the length was too small and the material felt like something from H&M. This suit felt as if I would've bought it from a cheap consignment store. For 390$ I might as well go buy a Hugo boss suit jacket. I am extremely disappointed and now have to spend hundreds of dollars and an expensive suit that feels cheap, just for the wedding. Would not recommend.

I have bought over 30 suits and countless French cuff shirts. Bob a co-owner and their entire support staff specifically including Richie, run a top notch operation. You get to chose your fabrics, pattern and then customized to your body measurements. The products are expertly done and shipped in superior packaging. I have just received my 5th pair of shoes from iTailor and they are great. The new lining is superb. One almost gets lost designing items with so many options available. This last pair arrived within 3 weeks of ordering. Good communication as well. I even asked for a modification not listed and they responded with a big "yes we can." Love the quality, color, fit and above all else I love the service.

Congratulations to Mr Bob, he displayed excellent customer service and did his very best to alter my suits and shirts... now they fit perfectly.
Itailor made such an effort to correct a sizing mistake (my measurement mistake) that have my loyalty as a customer.
The shirts' fabric feel really nice, the jeans are super comfortable.
I can't wait to order again

Needed some jeans with a slight flare and a 35" leg - couldn't get what I wanted in the right style until I found iTailor, who did them for me exactly as I wanted. Given the chance to design my own jeans I went for very basic and they look really smart. But the best thing is the fit, which is the best ever for any jeans I've had before due to me being able to provide exact measurements and iTailor making the jeans to these measurements.

I ordered the wrong style - straight leg by mistake - but I emailed and they changed it for me. Can't complain at all about the service, nor anything else.

I purchased a Tuxedo for my wedding from iTailor. It arrived several months ago and was fantastic. The material and construction quality were great, the measurements were exactly what they gave them it fit perfectly. I was really happy. What I failed to notice was that I made a mistake on my vest and submitted to them a vest length equal to the jacket length. With only about 2 weeks until the wedding I reached out and asked if there was any way they could get me a new vest in time. Their co-owner, Bob, responded promptly, assured me they would make a new vest, ensure it arrived in time, and that they would do it at reduced cost. I was blown away. They held all the cards here, I needed that vest and I was willing to pay extra to get it on time. Instead of taking advantage of the situation and offering to deliver my needs, but at a premium, they proactively offered to make it happen for less. This is a company that does excellent work AND cares about the people it serves. Thank you iTailor.

UPDATE: Owner, Bob, emailed and personally called to rectify this situation. He has been gracious and attentive to make things right. Reportedly, the representative, Parveen, originally handling my problem did not follow company protocol. Bob sent swatches for examination of fabrics promising to make a new suit according to my specifications. In the final analysis, personnel can make mistakes causing problems for customers, but when owners and responsible administrators are alert and involved, results can be positive for everyone. I have changed my rating from 2 to 5 stars because of Bob's intervention and my previous years of satisfaction with iTailor.com.

In addition to several shirts, I ordered two jackets, which ended up far too large. The reason was shared between iTailor and myself, since I added too much "air" to my measurements. After contacted Bob at iTailor, I made new measurements and the jackets were reproduced free of charge and sent me, - all within a weeks time. Really impessive. The new jackets fits perfectly. Top quality tailoring. Eventually an advice for new customers: Please follow the instruction measuring videos precisely.
