I writted question on email support how…

I writted question on email support how much delivery cost. they litteraly send me only nummber to contact them per WhatsApp, i contacted them on Whatsapp and they dont answer at all. One simple question and they are unable to answer 2days. I asking myself what if i buyed product and haved problem and needed support. When they are so bad with so simple task.

Scumbag named Richard Ferguson in…

Scumbag named Richard Ferguson in Richmond, Texas completely lied about who and what he was. Sleez bagged his way into changing our energy only to fail because he didn’t even get the actual account holders permission and just someone else. Will never be looking at your services and will do whatever I can to warn others of this trash

my former energy provider send me…

my former energy provider send me monthly usage to check my usage so that i dont over shoot, i would like that life enegy does that. also,most months, i dont get an email reminding me of payment due, i just get a disconnection notice in the mail. It would be nice that you consistently send emails when payments are due.

In the meantime, we can walk you through establishing an account with Smart Meter Texas which will provide the same information to you and it will not matter who your electricity provider is. I've only been using them for a few…

I've only been using them for a few months, but they seem ok. The first bill they accidentally overcharged me, but they sent a letter and applied the money to the next bill (I never really got an explanation of how or why or how much, but as long as it worked itself out, I guess). The website isn't terribly user friendly, but it suffices. No issues with the actual power.

very expensive (much higher than local…

very expensive (much higher than local default rates)
high cancellation fees (much higher than local default fees)
high penalty fees (much higher than local default fees)
poor incentives (mass ads, including door to door sales, for cash back incentives that do not make up for the high rates and fees) the sales pitch is the classic sign up and we give you cash, the problem is that it's not nearly enough cash.

I had my concerns about my bill

I had my concerns about my bill, but I didn't see a big difference. Only around $1 a month. My bill is only around $35 because I live in a small apartment, so if you use more electricity you'll see a higher increase over natural gas obviously. I feel it's worth it, though to know I'm lowering my carbon footprint with clean energy! Be aware however, if you choose this and change your mind there is a $50 cancellation fee if you don't do it within a time frame. 10 days I think. Don't quote me on that.

NEW SERVICE

I called on a Monday to change my apartment number... was on hold a bit over 30 minutes. The representative that answered made that so much better merely by the customer service that was provided. She addressed my apartment change immediately and was so kind. I am a little remiss that getting in touch with this company was so difficult... hoping that is NOT the norm... but if the customer service remains constant... I believe that I will be satisfied choosing Life energy as my provider!

Confusion central

The sign up process was confusing enough, then they quote you a price, you're billed a slightly different (higher, of course) price by your utility.
The last straw was that another energy supplier bought all of their customers, and all I got was a paper letter stating that. They did not even transfer my email or phone number with it... and it's unclear if my energy is still green or not. After more than 3 months, LifeEnergy's website doesn't even state that on their website. What are they hiding?

Not my pick of Electric Company

I was bam buzzed by a LifeEnergy Rep. In Killeen Tx who was posing as a Reliant Energy Representative. ( My Electric company) 2 days letter LifeEnergy is my New electric company, figure that without my consent. A few more people in my neighborhood were done the same way. Beware........,

I really wish that Life Energy would…

I really wish that Life Energy would send me daily and weekly usage updates, just like my previous energy company did. It helps a lot with budgeting and gauging how weather and behavior affect usage. If miss this feature, tremendously, as a Life Energy customer.

Super easy!

It used to take me hours with other providers trying to figure out the best rates and which plan I should renew with. Not anymore, the entire process was literally 2 minutes tops! Their customer service is extremely helpful as well.

These young man who came to our house was very good

Life Energy was sending disconnect…

Life Energy was sending disconnect notices out because they had a glitch in their system. As it turns out, and they admitted it, there were people forced to double up paying their bills because of their mistake. They said an apology would be coming, which never did. They also said that a credit would be made on the bill, which never happened. I will not be renewing my contract with them when this hitch is completed. Lack of customer respect will not get you far in this business. There are is competition amongst providers and Power to Choose gives a customer the ability to choose a retail provider. Although, the State of Texas makes no effort to let customers know it exists.

Duplicitous representation of your plan…

Duplicitous representation of your plan offerings. Charging for blocks of power, rather than total kWh, whether I use all the power available in a given block or not.

I won’t be renewing at end of contract.

They did not do what they agreed to…

They did not do what they agreed to when I signed up. They were supposed to transfer service on the next meter read date instead they did it the next day. I asked to have a supervisor call me back because I wanted to be reimbursed for the expenses that they cost me as small as they work. As expected no supervisor called me back. I can’t wait for my contract to expire so I can go to somebody a little more ethical.

When I called about the lower rate offer I was emailed, the associate helped me make the best decision by explaining it a lol so I understood. Thank you....so much happier w my new rate plan.

The care team received your email and our records show that a member of the telephone care team was able to speak with you on 04/01/2019.
