    Bait and switch. My newly uploaded gallieries that are a year or newer are not working like they used to. I set passwords the same way as before their ownership switched over (which l only found out through my own research ) and now things are not working when a client goes to enter a password, especially on a mobile device. I have been with them for 10 years and paid for a pro account which meant there is supposed to be live customer support between ******* PST on most days and staff are no longer there to talk to like they were a year ago. I might get a response a couple days later and when they do they still are zero help with the problem on their end. I have had to deliver my images on a different platform which is embarrassing when there are roughly 100 or more people trying to access these photos from an event.Very disappointing.

    Their website/bandwidth service is incredibly slow, it takes minutes of ONE photo to display, and they don't respond to any support tickets EVER.When you try to CANCEL the service, they only allow ONE WAY and that's through CHAT which is never answered- dead chat area where NOBODY answers EVER.This will force you to complain to Credit *********** ****** needlessly.

    I've been using Zenfolio for over 10 years and didn't have any major issues until recently when they started archiving all of my galleries!!! I asked them to stop. They sent me a long email about why they won't. I have tried unarchiving my galleries and it has been 5 days and they're still not available. UNACCEPTABLE. I will be cancelling their crappy service and I'm sure a lot of photographers are as well.

    When I first opened my account with ********************** I loved it, prompt service and kind reps. ********** functioned well and concerns if I had any were addressed properly. I don't know what changed but it's been something drastic. I reached out 5 days ago with uploading issues, I couldn't figure it out to save my life. I got 1 response over 24 hours later, asking to see what the errors looked like - I sent them a screen recording of what I was experiencing. 5 days, no response. So I start blowing them up again today just to find out that my payment had failed apparently 3 times with absolutely no warning or communication, causing my account to go into suspension. Along with this, back in January I requested that my billing date be changed not once, but twice for the payment to come out on my pay date. Needless to say amoungst finding out what's been going on with my account after 5 days of straight up being ignored, that they never changed the date but gave me an extension on the payment (which I never asked for and they never even ran)For MONTHS I was getting this error and wasted so much time trying to troubleshoot it myself to then get ignored for days on end to find out that whoever I spoke to, again twice, I. January didn't do what I had requested. After a plethora of frustration and extremely poor customer service I ended up having ********************** close my account and went with porfoliobox instead. They're cheaper, the service is better and they offer more.

    I've used Zenfolio for years without issues. However, they recently changed their policy and they now archive photos older than 14 months. It takes at least 12 hours to recover them. This is a ridiculous policy and it was put on customers without any choice. I'll be changing providors.

    Zenfolio is the absolute WORST. STAY AWAY FROM THEM and if you use them, I strongly encourage you to cancel and go elsewhere. There is ZERO customer support. Neither I, not my clients have been able to access or download their images for many days now and NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO ME. They have my images held hostage. This is beyond unacceptable and I have lost so much time and money because of them. I have already started building a new site to migrate away and will fight for a refund.

    I'd give them zero stars if I could. I have been a customer for nearly 10 years. Over and above the many inherent shortcomings associated with Zenfolio, performance over the past six weeks has been abysmal with consistently slow load times and/or complete inability to access sites at all (this from a platform that has been created specifically for photography). Now the archive function associated with the blog for my site is not working on laptops or desktops. This has been ongoing for more than a week. I've been brushed off by support, and - conveniently for Zenfolio - there is no other way to access customer service or escalate the ticket. Don't take my word for it: try calling them and see what happens. Final straw. Stay away from this company.

    Such a corrupt company. They make it almost impossible to cancel your account. You call the number and is says the only way to reach customer service is to e-mail them, then it hangs up on you. You e-mail them, and they never get back to you. This continues billing cycle after billing cycle. I finally had to cut them off with my bank. Terrible company values.
