Known Issue: "Other" is the only SAML Integration option for new Cb Defense customers

Issue

New Cb Defense customers do not have access to SAML integration buttons specific to Okta, or OneLogin, Ping Identity. Legacy Confer customers and new Cb Defense customers are currently on different backend servers  and see different SAML configuration options in their respective UIs. Please refer to the chart below to determine which SAML configuration buttons are available to your organization.

Solution

The "Other" option can be used to set up all supported SAML integrations. New Cb Defense customers who would like to integrate SAML should follow the instructions outlined in this KB article:
