This company is great. At first I was skeptical, I did a lot of research on the product ingredients, etc. Everything we have gotten we legit love to the point we had cancelled it, but then reactivated our account almost immediately due to regret. It can get pricey, but you can accrue store points and basically get a bunch of stuff for free. Customer service is on it for sure. If they aren't able to help with something, because it's the weekend for example, they call you back on Monday like they say they will. Overall, we love this company! The products smell sooooo good, and just makes everything feel so clean.

I was gaslit bullied by Melaleuca for 8 years.

It took a lot of courage to for me to reach out, but I finally did.

What I didn’t expect or understand is Mormons have zero empathy for mental health issues, they totally dismissed me, they laughed at me and they cancelled me.

What Melaleuca looks like on the outside is a facade, they destroyed me and as much as I try to brush it off it will stay with me for life.

The products shelf life is about 50% of the life of attitude or meyers. Your minimum monthly commitment is at least $50 which after 9 months was absolutely ridiculous. I was buying nonsense just to keep my contract -even with group ordering. After 2 years of this my friend whom was the one I was trying to support (she sold it) hadn't made anything- and she had several of us making our minimum orders. The product is decent but ridiculously inflated in every way and nowhere near worth the money charged to members. Hard no.

The customer service is phenomenal from the start, the product advocates (shoppers themselves) know the products well and direct you where to go to learn about the products as well. Nearly 40 years in business with top rated products that enabled my five children to no longer need to use a nebulizer to breathe and they even got rid of their inhalers, no more rashes either. Also, they rarely get sick now whereas they stayed sick before I switched to all of their products. Wonderful guides to help with a variety of uses for their various products - so one product can be used for MANY things, it really is a one stop shop for all of your consumable product needs!

Really good stuff, like that it's manufactured domestically, all safe, etc.

At first I was very price aware/price conscious and figured we'd opt out quickly (we tested their Home Conversion box since they have a good guarantee, and it's their best deal for new shoppers)...

...but it's been 15 years now and we much prefer shopping here than other stores.

I don't think our budget has been negatively impacted by having switched where we get a bunch of our stuff month to month.

I will not be joining in this enterprise. As an elderly retired couple we have no need to buy $80 a month for household products, even if they are environmentally improved: it is not economically possible on my income structure. If we bought this amount it would certainly fill the bill for an entire year, and not the month the 'subscription' calls for. Sorry, but I checked it out and shopped a fair day to be honestly interested and I do not see a lot for anyone in our situation. Good luck catering to entire families with many carefree filthy children or oil worker relations under one roof or in one compound. It's just not for us. We would have to be much more lazy or dirty to take any kind of advantage of this 'offer'. If there was something A WHOLE LOT LESS in the financial obligation department, it would be more attractive.

Melaleuca has amazing products! I especially love the Exceed Essential Oil Tooth Polish and the Essential Oil Mouth Rinse. My hygienist was shocked at how great my teeth looked at my last appointment. She even asked me what I was doing differently. I also love that the products are made in America! You’re missing out if you haven’t been using any of these fantastic products!

I wish I had know about Melaleuca 20 years ago. From the household cleaners, laundry soaps & fabric softeners, vitamins and make-up they have changed my life. They are Non-Toxic and my health shows it. I have no more Asthma problems. I would have saved myself and hubby a lot of doctors appointments and medications chasing problems that were caused by toxic products by companies who could make a safe product like Melaleuca, but choose not too. Profits over people is their moto. Melaleuca cares about their customers health and well being.

My husband signed us up last August in 2023 for Melaleuca through The Patriot Switch because we believe in God, and making America great again, and we do not care to support the woke ideology that the big box stores push on the public. We will never turn back to shopping at big box again. Melaleuca is the absolute best family owned, all American store we have ever shopped. I love the Melaleuca products. The cleaners have been a game changer because of the non-toxic ingredients. My son is prone to headaches and the smell of name brand cleaners made him I'll. This company seems to be a scam the way they do business! Shemane and Ted promote this company as having good beef but when you call you can not buy beef until you spend money on their expensive cleaning products! New customers beware! Not the way an honest company does business!!

My wife and I are older and when we started with Melaleuca I was worried about purchasing the minimum each month. That became a non issue as soon as we started using the products. They are so good we started trying different things and found we loved them too. Until Melaleuca all fabric softeners I have tried have made my skin itch.
