This college has great professors and free tutoring. The faculty create a great atmosphere. There's always smth going on- a career fair, celebration, or to inform you of all the free services available.There is a club for everything your interested in w great people and benefits. The campus is very alive. Definitely recommend this school!

Despite the strong academic offerings, the campus feels devoid of life. There's not enough clubs and no extracurricular activities for students to get involved. Social life is disappointing. I've felt the most depressed and lonely that I've ever been while attending Palomar. Food is not good and also very expensive.

Palomar College has been a unique experience to say the least. I am a psychology major graduating soon. Some professors are really good and others are downright terrible. Clubs could be better, social life could be better, and a lot of buildings could be better. The entire music department needs revamping. Everything is just.. Eh.

Most of the teachers here at Palomar are here to help you learn, succeed, and inspire you. I have had some amazing teachers here and one even helped me find my passion. I will be forever grateful for this school and the teachers that prepared me for the real world.

I have had a couple of instructors that don't seem to want to be here, but overall my professors are here for us. The support I personally receive from my counselor and professors is well beyond what I expected. There is a bias here, but then again, it's everywhere. Just be aware. I still love my school and appreciate what I'm learning here.

I've had some mixed experiences at Palomar College. Quality of education varies greatly between professors; it's like an academic lottery. Business faculty shines (no complaints) but beware of unmotivated professors. Campus atmosphere is a blend of dated and new. Lack of social life is off-putting. Good for business studies, but expect some bumps.

Has some good opportunities and teachers. A bit lonely. Seems like people keep to themselves for the most part. Counseling was a mixed bag. One person was nice and helpful while another seemed judgmental. I would go there if it has the classes you need or a program that interests you. Just depends on what you're looking for.

I love it here. The instructors are here because they want to be. The clubs & communities are fantastic! If you look, you'll find the perfect one for you. Public transport is convenient. The food pantry offers healthy non-perishables, fruits, and vegetables. I've even gotten chicken there! We're all here cause we want to be. That's why it works.

It's a good school overall, good luck on transfer make sure to research everything on assist and with an advisor as soon as you can, don't rely on the counselors

It’s hard to get to know people. It would be nice to have more social groups/ clubs like exercise, study, special presentations or workshops, special interest nights on budgeting or finances for students, career nights etc.

Palomar is a great school if you know at least a few people. Overall, I love the library and I believe it is a great community college.

Fantastic school with tons and tons of classes for pretty much anything you can think of! Beautiful science programs!! Super grateful for the opportunity to study here!

I have enjoyed going to this school. All the staff wants for you is a successful time. The classes and teachers are great, I've learned a lot and had opportunities that I wouldn't have gotten at any other schools. I 100% would say you should try it out.

Overall, I really enjoy this school. I have had amazing luck with professors. I also enjoy the clubs I am in as well as campus advisors. My counselor is also really great. The campus is beautiful and clean. There are a lot of amenities as well.
