Bin Weevils takes safety very seriously. We use a state of the art chat filtering system along with a team of trained moderators. The Bin Weevils blocks all bad and innapropriate words and profiles every users behaviour, monitoring them over time. A user may accumulate a number of tickets over a period of time. These tickets are scored depending on the severity of the words used. This will result in outstanding payments and our third party payment provider will contact you to settle the payments. To avoid this please cancel all Bin Weevil memberships and recurring payments via the Manage Accounts section.

Why has a fee been deducted? I did not complete the Bin Tycoon registration process.

Any time a user starts the process the payment provider sends a “reservation” for the necessary funds to the card issuer who then puts those funds to one side, at the same time confirming that the card details are valid and that the funds are available. Once the user completes the purchase process the funds are then taken from the reserve and transmitted to the payment provider. However, in the event that the user pulls out of the purchase or they lose connection or something similar the funds may remain in reserve with the card issuer allowing for them to be collected later, within reason.
The card issuer will have a standard time period before it releases the reservation on the funds and returns them to the available balance of the customer but the funds have never actually been removed from the customers account, simply from their available spending balance.
