Refund for Subscription Cancellation…

We had to cancel our subscription as we're closing our account, unfortunately forgetting to do so before the renewal period. The support team went above and beyond, reaching out to the billing team on our behalf. We've been fortunate to receive a partial refund as a result. While it's not the full amount, we're deeply appreciative that JungleScout showed understanding and provided some consideration. It's already more than enough for us.

Should we decide to launch a new business in the future and require JungleScout's services again, we'll have no hesitation in returning to them.

Hello!

Hello!

Thank you for the response; it was quick and helpful. To give you an honest answer, ... gladly, it will surely be very useful for you. In brief:
I am just starting to build my Amazon sales platform, and I am currently in the product research phase. My first impressions of Jungle Scout are very good; it can significantly help in extracting information about the market and in planning. That's why I purchased a one-year subscription.

I must mention that Helium 10, as your competitor, provides somewhat more, or at least more interpretable, transparent, and easier-to-handle information for beginners like me. I am not a subscriber there; I only see the free data, and I confirm that I am still learning how to use Jungle Scout. But since most of us continuously gather data and browse constantly, this is what I experience with their free version. I did not prepare with specifics; ...this is the appearance.

Helpful tool

This is a very helpful tool, and shows very nice graphical representation, Chrome extension is a very nice tool, and important information like BSR, Revenue, and sales is very useful. yet I can not rely on its information broadly. For example, when you apply filters for product hunt, the ASINs provided are many of the time are incorrect (you can not search on Amazon with those ASINs). Furthermore, sometimes, you are also not able to open the Amazon pages when you click on the short key in the search result (seems they are providing old data in the search results). kindly, consider It as my feedback to research and update accordingly. if I am wrong or not able to use it correctly, please guide me. I am open to Learning.

Cost us thousands of dollars

We enrolled in their reimbursement program to cover thousands of dollars of lost shipments and late deliveries from Amazon.

It's been 2 months, and JungleScout is still "doing an audit" - but now too much time has lapsed, and it has cost us over $2000 in lost reimbursements.

If you are thinking about using their reimbursement tool - look elsewhere.

Easy to use, good support

I recently started using the "Jungle Scout" tool to optimise my listings. The optimisation is very easy to carry out and the support is quick and uncomplicated. Thanks to the easily accessible content and the wealth of information, I get lots of tips that I can use for my Amazon listings. I can highly recommend the tool as a seller.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Shout out to Quincy who advocated for a refund after the auto renewal feature caught me off guard. Although I didn't take advantage of the services, JungleScout appear to be constantly updating their tool to help customers gain an edge.
