Get your technology ready for school by logging into or setting up your CPS account. This will give you access to all the Google Tools needed for classroom activities.
All students are issued a CPS account upon enrollment; however, students who have never logged in to their account will need to claim their account before they can access their email and other CPS applications.

Claim Your Account for the first time
- If you are new to CPS or do not have a CPS.edu account, follow the instructions below, also known as “claiming an account".
- The "Claim code" mentioned in the instructions is the Students ID#
Setting Up Your CPS AccountI already have an email account. Do I have to use my CPS email account?
- Yes. All email communication between students and school faculty must be sent through the CPS email system.
