Updated March 30, 2020 To my Math 11G and Math 12G classes: Good morning! As you all have heard by this point, school will be closed through at least April 15th. So, we are going to keep moving forward with the online work we've been getting used to. For today, I am not assigning any new work. I would like you all to finish the delta math assignment. Those of you who finished, have the day off of math. The rest of you can use today to catch up and finish that assignment. If you have not logged onto the google classroom or delta math, see below (in bold) for instructions and class codes. Remember, your first two grades during this time that we haven't been in school are just to log onto the google classroom and create a student account on delta math. The third grade will be the completion of the delta math assignment. Nothing too bad! Email me if you have questions. Good Luck! Update March 27, 2020 To my Math 11G and Math 12G classes: Please check the google classroom for the answers to pages 13-19 of the packet. Also, reach out to your classmates if you can. Have them visit this site. I have not heard from most of the students in both of these classes. Thank you! Enjoy your weekend! Updated March 26, 2020 To my Math 11G and Math 12G classes Please log on to my google classroom, sign up for delta math and continue to work on pages 1-20 of the packet as explained below. You should also be working on pages 1-19 of the packet. Answers to pages 1-10 are on the google classroom. Answers to pages 11-19 will be up by Friday. You will get credit for those when you bring the work to school when we get back. Let's try and get everyone from our class to log on. Message your friends to make sure they've done it. I'll be reaching out as well. Updated March 23, 2020 To my Math 11G and Math 12G classes: Good morning! I hope you and your families are all feeling well! You will be receiving two easy quiz grades this week. By Thursday, March 26, 2020, you must sign on to my google classroom and delta math. Directions on how to do this are below. You will get a grade of 100 just by signing up for each of these. It's that simple. If for any reason you are unable to do this, please reach out to me. I will help in any way that I can to get you onto these This week I would like you to start with page 13. On pages 13-17 you will be getting linear equations into slope-intercept form, identifying the slope and y-intercept, graphing and matching. On pages 18-19 you will be graphing lines given the chart of (x,y) coordinates. Stop after page 19 for now. I will give you answers to pages 13-19 and more directions in the next couple of days. Also, keep working on the delta math assignment. Here's a youtube video that may help. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cddn2OlcflA Good luck with the math, I'm available through email if you have any questions. Remember, NO MATH STRESS ALLOWED! Updated March 20, 2020 To my Math 11G and Math 12G classes: I have added the answers to pages 1-10 of the packet to the google classroom. You can also start to work on the delta math assignment. I'm new to delta math, so there's a chance a problem is on there that I did not intend to assign. If there is something that seems harder than the problems we've been working on this year, skip it. We will take this one step at a time, together! Email me if you need anything. Have a good weekend! Updated March 19, 2020 To my Math 11G and Math 12G classes: I created google classrooms. Please use code wunlrij for period 6 and code miijuys for period 4/5. There isn't anything posted there yet, just want you to join for now. Thank you! Updated March 18, 2020 To my Math 11G and Math 12G classes: I am working on creating assignments on a website called Delta Math. Currently, there aren't any assignments you have to complete. The only thing I would like you to do is visit deltamath.com and create a student account using my teacher code: 840949. We will be using the packet and/or the website moving forward. Updated March 17, 2020 To my Math 11G and Math 12G classes: Due to the current unfortunate circumstances, it looks as though we will be out of school for a bit. On Friday I was able to track down all but three students to provide you with packets in case we would be closed. For those of you who did not receive a packet, please email me at trimbolij@kpcsd.org and I will forward you the work. For this week, work on pages 1-10 in the packet. When you have completed the assignment, send me an email and I will send you the answers. I will update this site at the end of this week with future assignments. If there is a problem you are having a difficult time with, skip it! NO NEED TO STRESS! You could always email me and I can try and walk you through it. Try and get some rest and some extra family time! Can't wait to see you all soon when we are back in school under normal circumstances, doing math! To my Algebra 2, Algebra 1 and College Algebra classes: I miss you all! I wish we there learning and practicing math together. While we are out of school, please follow along with the instructions from Mrs. Sullivan, Mrs. Petkus and Mrs. Kern. I am available through email to help if you have questions. I hope to see you all soon! |
