This isn’t a good lender

This isn’t a good lender, they are very fraudulent when it comes to handling loans. You open a 500 dollar loan and end up paying thousands. Do not trust these lenders.

BEWARE

BEWARE! This "business" will not stop billing you! You can go online to their website and select "Cancel My Membership" and nothing changes! Next month? Same bill arrives. This is my direct personal experience. NEVER USE BLUE MOUNTAIN. I have exactly the same experience as everybody below. Avoid at all cost

SCAMMERS be aware they will tell you…

SCAMMERS be aware they will tell you your loan processed and is in the bank account shown. When you say no its not they then want you to send a screenshot of your bank info to them again. 3rd call to them to discuss they hang up on you especially if ask them for any proof the loan was sent.

What is essentially a good idea with…

What is essentially a good idea with imaginative videos is ruined by an IT department which does seemingly no testing or tracing the customer journey. Many of their videos just hang the app. Absolutely terrible. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Predatory lender rip off

Predatory lender 600 dollar loan equals thousands to pay off. Run away fast scam and garbage looking at having attorney General investigate. Yeah I get paying 200 or 300 over loan amount but this is thousands.

One can never "personalize" their E-cards…

One can never "personalize" their chosen e-cards unless their names are "Amanda", "Jameson", "Jake", "Adam", and the like. There should be an option to add specific names into the field when their list of names does not apply. Additionally, their "free" account is a joke! There's nothing "free" about their website. You can't do anything until you provide your credit card information and pay their yearly fee of close to $50.00... There was also an incident when I was unable to send any cards for 3 or 4 months from their website, due to their website having a glitch that would pop up with an error stating that the website was down, due to a technical issue they were dealing with. This kept happening each time after I had already prepared to send several e-cards via e-mail. Yet, this website did not offer to reimburse me for any of the money I paid at the very beginning when I created the account. I would give this website ZERO stars if I could...

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
I signed up for a 2 year subscription. Three times, I sent family members cards and they either did not arrive at all or (yesterday) did not reach my wife for Valentine' until 1 day late on FEB 15. Not a good look.
And the worst part is they refused to give me even a pro-rata refund despite their product being defective.
Totally unbelievable!

Be very careful!! They keep deducting costs from your bank account for literally years until you realise with horror!!!!

They somehow keep deducting annual fee from a card that has expired years ago. They must be doing dodgy stuff behind the scenes to access your account. I got into 'my account' to see how they were doing it and there aren't even card details listed to even update or remove - it was blank! So not sure how they are doing it. Unfortunately I have not been aware and they have probably being doing for absolute years! Very dodgy avoid at all costs!!!

Useless and frustrating site. Avoid.

This site used to be good but has gone completely downhill. Totally useless now. I typed a standard birthday message and it said it violated the terms of the site. I tried several other ordinary, standard wordings but still the same.

Predatory and Shady

They are extremely predatory and shady and will not let you know if you miss a payment while charging you a ton of interest per day so you can never pay it off. Don’t worry, they’ll work with you by waiving $30 so it impacts your credit.

E-cards, perfected -- brought to you by Blue Mountain

I work for a boutique medical practice, and with the holidays approaching, we were compiling our patient mailing list and looking to order cards. But the overhead for mailing greeting cards to over 900 people was crazy. So I did some research for e-card sites and came across Blue Mountain. They offer three plans (1 month, 1 year, or 2 years) to send unlimited e-cards for any occasion. They also do reminders so you never forget an important date. I signed us up for the 1 month plan ($3.99). Looking forward to an easy holiday season!

Blue Mountain eCards appears to be a scam…

I went to their site to send ecard for a birthday for tomorrow. I chose the $6.99 option for one month trial. Their system defaulted to one year membership fee, after they had my credit card info for automatic renewals and no place on their site to edit this membership. And, their site also says "no card pending to be sent", even though I'd chosen one. Then, I did a search and find numerous complaints on 4 complaint sites of this happening to others. So, within the hour, I called my credit card company to block my account and reverse the charge which was already pending, and to get new card. I'll have to take time to follow up on this, after it has posted, as well as warn my card recipient of any solicitations, because they also have her info. What a hassle. Beware.

If you want to be raped by BlueMountainLoan company. I would highly recommend. I borrowed 500 and my loan is at 902 but I have already paid 300? Huh? Pure criminals. My advice for anyone is you are better of selling your body then to even consider this company. Run and run some more and do not look back even if this is your last resort. TRUST ME look for other options please!!!

Scam business

Scam business. You can't delete your account, remove credit card information, or cancel your membership for an extended period. It seems that cancellations only last a month, then you're automatically renewed for the next month. There's no 'you're resubscribed and will be charged' email, and there doesn't seem to be an option to get such an email. There's also no confirmation of any kind that you've 'cancelled' so credit card chargebacks are more difficult. It's also never stated that you're only cancelling for one month.

Garbage company with garbage policy

Garbage company with garbage policy. Ripped me off for 3 months, with their auto renew despite best efforts to cancel, they hide it and make it impossible just to criminally slough off your hard work. The one card I got during the trial didn't even deliver correctly. I will talk this company down to anyone who will listen for the rest of my days, hope the $18 you stole was worth it, look at your reviews, scumbags.

Beware on Blue Mountain just by looking…

Beware on Blue Mountain just by looking at some of the cards it may put you into A subscription model and begin charging any payment methods you may have used with them. I went there 1 day just to look what they had to offer next thing I know I'm being charged on a payment method I used 2 years before and I never authirized them to save that payment method. These people are cons and frauds.

This Company is a big waste, They tell you that your approved for a loan, and get all of your bank information and your debit card information, then later to tell you that you were declined for some bogus reason. I will keep a close eye on my bank account. This company is ringing fraud in my ears, BEWARE!

I received a e-card from somebody and it is an awful experience. When you come on view e-card, it opens up in your Internet browser of your choice, then it plays a video, but can’t save that video to your gallery or do anything with it. I felt it to be a bit stupid and pointless, and not really e-card. And you can’t reply back to the email, whoever sent you the e-card in the first place to say thank you.
