Crypto transfers should have more options on networks (like for example the use of the TRON network where fees are cheaper - Ethereum network is too expensive for every transaction).
ACH and SWIFT should come back soon - i only had it for a couple of days.
If you are gonna make me pay 150 USD every year, i should have cheaper options for crypto and bank transfers should be available.

Disgusting System. They ask for a passport to sign up on their platform but in the last stage. They take sensitive information like live location, phone number, etc. But at the last stage, they say you need to have a passport to continue. Now, is this a joke? Spent over an hour completing the registration and now you are saying without a passport registration cannot be completed? And there are no other document options available. Everyone does not have a passport. Why they did not mention it in the early stage? When I reached their customer service and asked about it they stopped answering. Such an unprofessional system and behavior. Totally disgusted

Overall not a bad experience but USD rails are not operational which is a huge problem for me. Also, these rails have been down for a long time. Very frustrating.
Fx conversion fees also more expensive than I anticipated.

When I finished exchanging US dollar to Bitcoin, i found I lost 1.1% of total amount.The transction fee is too high.I think it is much higher than last time I made such tranction.

They are holding an incoming wire for more than a month now. They didn't give any clear answer why they hold it or when they will release it. I told them as an option to reject it but they didn't. Return the money back.
