I think this is an important video because I was talking to my daughter last night about how she loves eating healthy now because of how it makes her feel (and not because this food will make her skinny or that food will make her fat).
It was ALL about how she felt after eating healthy and thatās why this video by
@prattprattpratt is so simple yet eye opening.
Less healthy food can be more exciting in the moment, but for most comes at the cost of making you feel less than optimal in between meals vs eating healthier foods (which also can be boring) isnāt as enjoyable in the moment, but the times between leave you feeling optimal!!
This is why itās important to realize that you are worthy to eat the boring healthier food and feel great physically and mentally vs escaping and numbing through food and feeling miserable in between meals.
