(MLS PIN) has just announced a partnership with W+R Studios that will give its subscribers a free subscription to the CMA and reporting tools found in Cloud CMA. The arrangement gives MLS PIN customers access to customizable CMAs, Buyer Tours, Property Reports, and Flyers as well as an individualized lead-generating “What’s my home worth?” website for use with Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. Each CMA and Buyer Tour is available to MLS PIN customers as an interactive presentation, and CMAs can contain customizable, pre-written pages educating sellers on the selling process and the benefits of using a real estate professional.
