Refunds typically take 3 business days but can take up to 5 business days. A refund was processed in full back to the *** card used for the Meijer Order **********. All *** refund amounts are automatically refunded to your *** Card.

      Meijer is charging my card for purchases I did not make. I dont live in a state in which meijer does not do business. I dont know how they have my information. They claim there costumer service center is open 7am- 1am but Ive been calling since 9:45 pm and its closed.

      As of 4/5/24, we sent the customer an email requesting specific information due to the nature of this issue. We need this information in order to further assist the customer. We have not head back from the customer.

      on 29 March 2024, my mPerks account was accessed by someone who was not me, somehow (I never received an email with a code to log in, like I normally end up having to do), and they redeemed a large amount of mPerks points. mPerks phone number: ************ Specifically, at 21:14:09 (per a receipt I can view in my account), someone used my account at the Meijer in ********, ******** to purchase some Toddler Shoes and Milk, getting the milk for free somehow with mPerks, and then redeeming one $15 and one $4 mPerks reward (total of $19) and paid with $20, receiving $19.35 back in change.Looking at my mPerks Point History, it appears that two $4 rewards an two $15 rewards were claimed, but I cannot see where the other $19 in rewards went, unless that's just duplicated on the Points history page for some reason/I like in ********, ********. I sometimes go to *********. Sometimes to ******* or ******** or ******* if I'm traveling across the state to my second house. Bottom line is, I'm from ********, live in ********, and don't leave ********.I would like this dealt with, because someone stole my reward points.

      As of 4/5/24, we sent the customer a rest password email and advised the customer to update their pin number. The customer was able to successfully update their pin number and password. ****** points were added back to the customer's account.

      My order was marked delivered even though it wasn't just as proof Meijer gives a photo taken from a car parked on the street as if he just said come on I'll take a photo from afar so as not to be questioned where the order is and I walk away without leaving it THEY SHOULD ***** DELIVERY SIGNATURE OR A CODE That photo does not show anything TRUE LIKE THE DOOR OF THE HOUSE THE ***** BEING DELIVERED TO THE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT EVEN SEE THE ***** IN THE ***** And the shopper did not even answer the call to shipt to find out where he left the order SHIPT wanted to give me a refund but I couldn't because I placed the order at Meijer, they only deliver so they sent me to request a refund from Meijer AND MEIJER SENT ME THE CLAIM TO THE COMMUNITY that is so ABSURD plus the annual cost to the community is Very high which includes security, your Meijer doesn't want to help me. Will I have to call the police or what? Meijer should have its own workers because it is seen that those from the applications steal orders or sell the accounts and the customers are left in the limbo of who answers me for my losses MEIJER.COM WHERE I ***** SHIPT THAT DELIVERS MY COMMUNITY FOR NOT TAKING GOOD CARE OF THE POLICE OR THE **** OF ROME?

      I used to believe that Meijer cared about their customers and their products. **** is turning over in his grave. I contacted them about 3 weeks ago and stated that I thought the Meijer brand food clear plastic wrap was of poor quality. I clearly stated that I was not asking for anything in return. It was just so they were aware, as the ******* brand is always good (and cheaper too). I no longer have emails but it took two separate emails. It took about-4 days before they even got back to me. They were very short and unapologetic. They led me to believe that someone would be in touch. I have not (still) heard anything, so I sent an email on thiercustomer complaints on their web site. I was very direct and told them that since I am not important to them, I am requesting the money I spent on that poor quality product. Oh, BTW I sent this last complaint, I believe it was last Thursday. The package clearly says that satisfaction guaranteed if the product is defective or the cundumer is unhappy with the item. The wrap just keeps sticking to itself when you try to roll out the wrap. I never had any issues like this. I also mentioned that I just went to the same store last week and did buy some items. They had a special on.some dog chews, if you buy one at full price, you can get the exact same item for 40% off. I even used my Meijer Perks card. Funny, I only got 30% off. I noticed this happened while I was scanning the product's but how ***** would I have been just to ask for the 10% that I was shorted. I included this in my complaint on their web site! I will make sure that all of my social media, mentions that Meijer is garbage company and they do not back up their products and do NOT care about the customers!! Go to ******* instead! I never thought that I would say that!

      My husband and I purchased an Xbox S on March 29th 2024 @ 11:00 pm. Brought it home hooked it up and found out it's not what we wanted for the price of $350.00. It was in our possession less than 24 hrs. We brought it back to the store at 10:00 am the next morning March 30th 2024 with our receipt. Nowhere on the receipt does it say anything about not being able to return this specific item if it's been opened. The service desk employee was very rude and so was the manager I asked to speak too. No resolution was made. We even would have taken in store credit. We are now stuck with a game console that will sit in a box and collect dust. With all this being said I'd greatly appreciate if their is anything we can get solved ASAP. Thank you.

      I paid cash for my desired items. I returned an item, store did not refund my cash, I was given store credit on a merchandise return card. When I returned to store to spend my credit, store said there is no ctedit, that it expired. There is no expiration notice printed on the card, no expiration notice listed on their website. When I complained to the store manager, **********, he kicked me out of the store and called the police and said I was crimally tresspassing.

         Good morning.

         Will the newly issued gift card be mailed to me or am I supposed to go to the store in person to receive it?

         When I return to the store, either to pick up the gift card or to spend the amount or to shop for extra items, will the manager call the police on me?

         Will there be an expiration date on the newly issued gift card?

         I suffer adult epilepsy and am not able to drive. I rely on walking or riding a bicycle and taking a bus, and my travel in this manner is weather permitting meaning no rain no snow no freezing temperatures. I do not have the option of taking a Taxicab or Uber or Lyft, as I do not have a way of auto-payments. With this being said, I can only hope to make it back to the store within the "expiration time" if there is one. Thank you.

      Purchased a bottle of Vitamin D from Meijer and when opening it at home noted the protective seal was half broken on the bottle.We tried to return it the next day for an exchange due to it being tampered with. The service desk rep refused stating it must have torn when we opened it. This is not correct as it was not stuck to the lid when opening it and had clearly been tampered with while on the shelf.

      Hello, I wanted to say that many of the ******* that were delivered to me were crushed and some have holes like a knife, but this seems to be a manufacturing problem because some containers are poorly manufactured and that can create mold inside that cannot be seen and cause botulism in babies. I also wanted to say that I was missing some items, maybe I forgot a bag in the store?
