Pros of working at Rite Aid

Nothing!

Cons of working at Rite Aid

Being called into work all the time, when someone call in sick-or no show or simply not enough employee’s. So you’re called in all the time. Always work nights and week ends. Store managers don’t want to work nights and week ends, so they schedule supervisors and assistants. It’s relentless, a life time of on call- nights- weekends. No sense of fair play. And not even a living wage.

Pros of working at Rite Aid

Most of my coworkers were compassionate and genuine. The same went for a few of the customers who saw us as actual fellow human beings.

Cons of working at Rite Aid

Far too much pressure to get things done when there is almost always a skeleton crew and never enough time or man-power to conduct business according to the company's professed standards and priorities. Also, employees are expected to suck up what often amounts to consistent psychological abuse from a small but not unsubstantial demographic of customers that exhibit manipulative and even sadistic behaviors.

Pros of working at Rite Aid

It's a very easy job for decent pay.

Cons of working at Rite Aid

Corporate Rite Aid is a callous and uncaring bunch of people that have no idea what it is like to work in an actual store. The company doesn't care about its employees in the slightest, often offering better discounts to customers.

Rite Aid Benefits

Easy physically, but not easy mentally to work for such terrible people.

What I liked most about working at Rite-Aid, was the multiple tasks that had to be done every day, fast-paced, friendly environment.

Cons of working at Rite Aid

The C.B.T.'s (computer based training), would be the part I don't like at all about working there.

Rite Aid Benefits

My favorite perk/benefit of working for Rite-Aid would be the reoccurrence and satisfaction of receiving a paycheck.
