Rogers.com sign-in page not working?
Any other rogers subscribers having issues logging in to their account on a Windows 10 PC? https://www.rogers.com/web/totes/#/signin
When I try logging on at home using two separate Windows 10 PCs, neither Chrome or Edge browsers do anything when I click the Sign In button - no username/password errors or any messages, just nothing at all happens. I just tried it on my Windows 7 work PC on a remote connection and it worked fine.
Clearing browser cache and history and restarting didn't help. One Rogers rep a few days ago said they were getting others with the same problem but the two I spoke to today just passed it off saying it could only be a problem with my computers. It definitely could be but it seemed odd.
Edit: They're now suggesting it's because I connect a separate router to their modem in bridge mode. Not sure why that matters since I've been doing it long before this issue started but I'll be getting an upgraded modem with better range. It turns out they have been hearing the same problem from a number of others as well.
