I love flexshopper for the credit that is made available. The products are priced competitively, if you pay off early in your lease. I like the freedom of making small payments until I'm ready to pay off the lease. If you pay on the product for a full year, it's yours, you own it. My first purchase was a mattress, I've purchased everything from a top notch microwave, to furniture to a laptop and printer. My credit isn't great, so I like that I can lease to own pretty much anything I can imagine and own it in 52 weeks. Or sooner if I pay the cash payoff amount. Customer service is prompt, no long wait times and they can generally answer my question of solve my problem. 5 stars for FlesShopper!

Recently applied, got approved and placed my first order online. I ordered two air purifiers which were to be shipped from bed Bath & beyond. Yesterday I received my delivery but on opening, I received two plush children's elephant chairs. I'm rather upset but trying to get this corrected with customer service. If they can correct this, pay for the wrong items to be returned and send me my correct item in a timely fashion I will definitely update my rating. I would love to be able to use this company. It is someone's like a rent to own service and I would suggest trying use EPO option if available.

I’ve used Flexshopper several times over several years. I find it convenient, no fuss, no denial because of credit. They took their money (auto pay) every week. Again, no fuss- no stress. I’ll definitely be using them again! Next time probably an exercise machine. Thank you flexshopper!

It's sad to leave such a low rating because the last young lady was very pleasant but it's been at least six months if not longer that I have not been able to see my leases. She was a change from being given the same repetitive instructions and actually took into consideration what I was saying. She submitted a ticket to tech which it has already been two days and I have not heard anything from them yet .

Avoid purchasing from these people at all costs. Purchase made in December of last year of a Meta Quest 3, stopped working after 2 weeks. I've been 3 months getting them to approve the return, while they've been taking the money from my account weekly for a defective item. Never again.

I decided to try this out and ended up regretting it. I was approved a line of credit so I could get a PS5. It was offered as a pick up that day with Best Buy. Flexshopper took the money right away out of my account. So I waited for the email from Best Buy and never received anything from them. So I called/text Flexshopper to be told its in Best Buys hands now by the person I spoke with. I asked if there was anything they could do to find out what the hold up was. I was retold the same thing as before and the person with Flexshopper was just as rude as they could be and just wanted off the phone with me. I still haven't received any emails and will be looking to cancel this lease.

I've used them a few times for brakes service coverage, but after this one is paid off I don't plan on using them again, unless desperately. If you miss a payment, even by a few days, the spoofing begins. I got calls from all over the country for the last 3 days and all numbers come with no legitimate contact information or caller ID. Just out of curiosity I thought I would check the 2 numbers that gave at least some information, and that was day one first one called. I realized those two numbers, and even the two toll free numbers to contact them are not searchable. Basically no company or person is associated with them numbers. That is call spoofing folks and it's illegal in NYS where I'm from to spoof your number. Now I can file a lawsuit, but l legitimately owe them money so I will pay. But be careful Mr.or Mrs. Flexshopper, the fine is basically enough to pay off bill for me. I could give no stars choice if it was allowed, but you know how reviews go you have to choose at least one star.
