Freeway Insurance doesn’t directly sell coverage. Instead, it connects you with various auto insurance companies. Depending on the provider you choose, coverage options might include:

Getting started with Freeway Insurance was easy. I got through immediately. Initially, I went there in person. They were very happy to see me and have me as a customer. They asked for my information. There was a copy machine in there so they did the copies and started my policy there. Everything went through smoothly except the girls also at downtown wanted copies of my driver's license front and back. I asked if I could email it to them. They said they didn't know how to do that. I asked if I could text it to them and they agreed.

I pay bi-annually and every time it's due every six months, I get something like a threat eight weeks prior to when it's due. When I call the local office, there's no answer. You can't get in touch with them by telephone. So I call the home office and get through right away. When I called the home office, the rep said, "No. You have eight weeks to pay, but you could take another month 'cause there's a grace period. You can wait. Don't worry about it.” They were glad to help me. They're more forthcoming and and very calm. The other girls seem a little threatening.

    My son's insurance dropped him and I spent five weeks trying to find somebody that would insure him. We were searching for hard insurance or hard-to-insure auto drivers and we were turned down so many times. Freeway was willing to insure and we were just glad to get them. Customer service was great. The rep said what he could do and what he couldn't do. It was very expensive, which we were expecting. The rep was upfront about it and said we could try in a couple of months and maybe we can add on. Right now, we only went for what the law required. My son couldn't get liability and I couldn't have him driving around with nothing.

    We only did Freeway this month. One of my son's tickets drops off in November. We'll probably stick with Freeway at least until maybe January, give the record a chance to clear, and see what better coverage we can get because it's pretty expensive. Plus it's California, which is harder. His accidents all occurred in Los Angeles.

    I went online trying to look for some cheaper insurances because I had a speeding ticket on my record that AAA was charging me extra for. I did some digging and thought to start with Freeway Insurance. I knew they would give me a lot of options, so I filled out the form online. The agent called me, then she ran down some options with me, and she was very nice. We ended up landing on Aspire Insurance, and she set me up with them really quickly same day. I didn't have to do any extra stuff. I just gave her the same information I already had on hand about my car miles and driver's license, and we were set. They gave me a good price. It was seamless and all I could have hoped for.

    The speeding tickets that I've had in the past definitely taught me a lesson and made me be a safer driver. In turn, that also helped me. I have liability insurance with Aspire now, and it's definitely more than enough for me to have peace of mind that I'm getting a good price as well as good coverage considering how much other companies are charging me.

    Freeway Insurance is fast and offers ease of service. I get connected to customer service a lot faster than I normally would with AAA. They do mainly a lot of their services to customers through chat. It feels a lot more personal through Freeway Insurance, and I know that I would get more affordable insurance with the same benefits. With AAA, I was able to pick what coverage I thought was best, and I was overcharged at times just because I was paying for more coverage than I would have ever needed.

    I was moving to Texas and I was looking for an insurance company to insure my truck. I was looking online and saw that Freeway Insurance had a pretty good rating, so I gave them a call. I went into the office and it was real nice. Veronica was friendly and helpful and she took care of me really good. So far, I like Freeway a lot better than my previous provider. They're a lot cheaper. The previous provider was costing me a little over 80 bucks a month and when I switched over to Freeway, it's only $46 a month. The only problem we had was with Progressive. I kept getting emails and stuff from Progressive saying they didn't have a garage address and they needed proof of address. I finally got ahold of Veronica and she said she had sent that in the day I was in there and got insurance. She sent it again and she CC'd me in the email.

    I had Freeway Insurance for my daughter, and I liked the services, so when we needed insurance, I reached back out to them. We also wanted to shave off some costs and get the same experience and the same coverage we had before. Our vehicle had a previous insurance provider but it was very expensive. I just wanted liability, and the Freeway rep broke down what liabilities they had and the difference between them, then she helped me decide which one was the best option for my needs. It was inexpensive, and I never had any issues.

    One thing I absolutely love with Freeway Insurance is I get a reminder call regarding my bill coming up. I don't do the automatic payment, so I always get a phone call and an email, letting me know that my bill is due and the day it's due. The friendliness when I'm speaking with a representative has always been a pleasure as well. I know with customer service that they come across some customers who may be a little nasty, but never have I spoken to anyone from Freeway Insurance who had anything negative. If they dealt with someone that wasn't so pleasant, I would not have an idea.

    I forgot that the bill was due on the 21st, so I made a payment yesterday to Freeway Insurance. When I went back to look at the Warrior Mobile App, it was telling me that there was a cancellation fee. So, I called customer service yesterday and I talked to this lady who was really nice. She had me send an email then she sent me an email and I sent her a screenshot of the confirmation that I paid my bill. She then told me to call back on Tuesday, the 30th. She said that if it was still showing a cancellation fee, they'd get it taken care of. I checked today, though, and it was taken off. I would recommend Freeway. Their warranty was the best thing that we could honestly get our hands on because money is very tight right now. So, the price was the best.

    I was ported a price by an agent by the name of Robert **.. I felt like it was a great deal and went with it.. However it was too good to be true.. I was quoted one amount.. Paid extra down to get the lower rate and everything.. Only to find out the amounts he originally gave me was not the amount I was going to be paying.. And an extra down payment was trying to be charged to my account a few days after I had already paid the amount the agent quoted.. The agent's name was Robert **.. He promised to have it fixed.. But that didn’t happen.. I had to cancel the policy.. And was told I had to wait almost 3 weeks for a check to be mailed to me.. Even though they took the payment off of my debit card.. So not only was I lied to.. Now they inconvenience me by making me wait for a check.. Horrible experience!! And the customer service manager Ramon ** Didn’t help either. I also attached a message the agent sent me.

    Freeway is good. When you call them, they're good. They're there to help you out. They don't give you the runaround and have you transfer from other calls. They helped me out. My drive record is good, but I got a ticket just recently that I was paying off and something happened. So, that's why I made my insurance go up so high.

    Freeway walked me through the process clearly. It was awesome. They knew exactly what I was looking for and they helped me through it. Their coverage is at a better rate than most of the other people that I called first. I set it up on autopay which helps a lot. I don't have to strain my brain and remember.
