Since I got my car financed, I have to get comprehensive. And for the amount I'm paying for comprehensive is not bad. They gave me a good quote and they helped me out pretty quickly. The rep was super helpful in getting everything squared away. When something went wrong, he went ahead and helped me fix it the next morning. It was a good experience.

Freeway offers good prices and fair deals, and while the price could be cheaper, they're a lot cheaper than other companies. Freeway's customer service reps are also quick and polite, and they helped me get what I needed done fast. They did a very good job. When people ask me about where my insurance is from, I recommend Freeway to them.

They were very helpful, nice and positive. They provided good service too. The coverage is expensive but it's okay. I got covered pretty well. I'd recommend Freeway.

I was satisfied with my Freeway Insurance. I walked in the Freeway here in Marshall at Walmart that morning. That girl was as fast as she could be and got right on top of it, and we got a deal. I like the way I got it set up on my autopay. That way, I don't have to worry about it. I would recommend Freeway. I already have my brother. I told him they seemed good people to work with. When it’s time to renew his insurance, he would talk to them.

I called in about an issue with double payment and a request to get a refund and all the agent did was mute the call. I called the previous day, the agent was talking to someone in the background and just immediately mute my call again. I was there saying hello and she came back on when she felt like. I don't know where they get these agents from (Unprofessional).

My experience with Freeway has been good. They have a good price. It's really cheap. It's the lowest cost I've ever had. Their customer service has also been good and helpful.

I did the walk through with Freeway Insurance over the phone. It was fast and convenient. The cost isn't cheap, but it's a fair amount.

I just had to renew my policy, unfortunately it had lapsed. So my new agent Veronica ** at the E 7th st location in Austin went above & beyond. She jumped though every hoop for me! She was very knowledgeable about each plan, helped me find the lowest price & down payment… I could not have had a better experience. Thank you Veronica!

Freeway Insurance has been calling us demanding the deposit. It's a scam. Everybody kept saying I owe this much. All week long, they tried to take out of my card. Yesterday, I spoke to two people and they were very unprofessional. I knew I had the remaining deposit to pay. I spoke with this one person who gave me the policy. When I called back, the guy said, "Just pay 400. That's what you owe, 400." It was so weird. I asked, "Can you tell me what it's for?" And he couldn't give me information. I just hung up. And yesterday, the guy hounded me, saying I owed 200 for a policy. He didn't give me information or what policy and what it was for. So, a different guy called me. I feel like I was scammed. Every time I called, I couldn't get the same person that I got the policy with or promised stuff. I got five different numbers claiming they were from Freeway Insurance. Because I'm in good standing with the actual insurance people. I didn't owe them money.

When I was signing up with Endurance, there was something they wanted afterwards and I didn't understand why they couldn't do it all at once. So, I had to go back. Also, I signed a piece of paper saying that I was not an Uber driver and I wrote a statement saying that I was. I wanted that included in my record. It was something I missed and I didn't want them to accuse me of not being upfront about what I was doing. When I returned with my sheet of paper, the guy that I had been working with had already gone home on a Friday. So, I had to wait until Monday to do it, because I wanted to give it directly to him. Other than that, things worked out. For the coverage, I wanted to select a few items that I wanted covered and the rep said that it was either everything or just liability. That surprised me but it was still cheaper than what I was paying State Farm.

The rep gave me quotes and set everything up. The amount of coverage was good. I would prefer full coverage right now. But Freeway's full coverage is a little expensive. So I got the mid-coverage.

The insurance lady from Freeway who helps me get my insurance is always there when I need her. I could call her. She helps me pay my bills. She's on time every time. She's very thorough about her job. She knows what she's talking about. Freeway is very thorough about what they do. They're very adamant. I enjoyed that. It lets me know I'm protected. My plan is very affordable.

When I got there, the reps were nice and tried to find me insurance. But before we proceeded, the rep broke it down, like I know about liability and how you gotta pay insurance. You're paying for money that they give in case you crash another car. They went out their way to make sure I had coverage and I learned about the coverage.

The coverage is feasible for me and it's within my monthly budget with my bill. Also, all my interactions with the reps at Freeway have been very good and thorough. I have medical issues, and sometimes I can't go to an office, so I always call and do everything over the phone. The reps at Freeway have always been prompt, professional, and friendly. Any time I need to call in and make any changes, everybody's always very well-spoken.

I was under the impression that after they did the investigation, I wouldn't have to do a claim because everything would fall in place. But everything went this way and that way. So, I left it alone. Other than that, the customer service was wonderful.

The customer service rep at Freeway was nice and answered all my questions. She walked me through. If I didn’t understand, she explained it to where I understood it. I do have a learning disability, so half the time, I don't understand. I like the coverage. It's not what I was hoping for but it's doable. I'm happy with my plan.

I left my info on their site and got a text message within a minute saying they will call. Then they called immediately and the guy on the phone acted as if he was in a race or rushing to get in a restroom with diarrhea. After I asked him a simple question he hung up, I just don’t understand his tactics for selling insurance.

Freeway’s customer service reps were very polite and understanding. There was a time when I had one who didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and had to transfer him to the girl I enjoyed talking to. But it wasn't horrible. When I first set up my claim, it was about an hour and a half. The coverage was great and the cost was good.

The Freeway sales rep was really nice and she helped me get through the process really quickly. The only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't cover any of Mexico. I know there are some insurance plans that cover, the border, a few miles in. And I travel to Mexico a lot.

With the communication and the way that Freeway works with each individual and tailoring to specific needs, Freeway has the advantage compared to my previous provider. They were really great. I was trying to insure my current vehicle and we were having difficulty finding the VIN number. The rep figured out how to insure the vehicle while they were working on verifying my VIN. I bought the vehicle at a state auction. They don't require them to tag a vehicle. And the way they register is different than the way we register. So, that was the challenge and she worked it out. Really great team you have. I liked her positivity. She was like, "I could make this work for you. Let me get back to you." The coverage provided is also sufficient for my needs. I'm satisfied with everything.
