• Q. Activation of Tasty Rewards Account?

  A: Please ensure you advise customers that once the above conversion form has been completed, the customer will need to visit www.tastyrewards.co.uk and complete all steps of the activation process if they do not have an existing Tasty Rewards account. If their Tasty Rewards account is not activated by the last point transfer date of the 19th August 2019 their Brewers Fayre to Tasty Rewards points conversion as well as Bonus point credit will not be successful.

• Q. Where can I pick up a new Tasty Rewards card from?

  A: You can pick up a new Tasty Rewards card from your local Table Table or Whitbread Inns or once it's opened as a Cookhouse & Pub restaurant. Just pop in and ask a member of staff for a Tasty Rewards card and they will be happy to help.

• Q. How do I change to a Tasty Rewards account?

  A: All you need to do is collect a Tasty Rewards card from your local restaurant and register it at the Tasty Rewards website: www.tastyrewards.co.uk.

  Simply use the same email address as your Tasty Rewards account and this will pre-populate all of your information for you to review and confirm. Once you've done that you can visit your new restaurant once it's open as a Cookhouse & Pub and start collecting points!

   

• Q. I don't have a Tasty Rewards account but I want my points transferred from my Brewers Fayre Bonus Club, what do I do?

  A: You will need to pick up a Tasty Rewards card and ensure that you have registered at www.tastyrewards.co.uk before filling in the form above. Once you have activated your new Tasty Rewards account, simply fill in all the fields in the form above with your details and we'll transfer your Brewers Fayre Bonus Club points for you.

• Q. Can points be transferred between accounts that have been registered with different email addresses?

  A: No, points can only be transferred between accounts that have the same email address registered to them.

  If the form is completed with no matching email address then the points cannot be transferred.

• Q. I already have a Tasty Rewards account what do I do to transfer my Brewers Fayre Bonus Club points?

  A: At the top of this page you will find a form, simply fill in all the fields with your details and we'll transfer your Brewers Fayre Bonus Club points for you to your existing Tasty Rewards account.

• Q. When will my Brewers Fayre Bonus Club points be transferred?

  A: Points will be transferred on four occasions.

  2nd July 2019

  30th July 2019

  5th August 2019

  19th August 2019

  So don't worry, you've got plenty of time to fill in the form above and transfer your points!

   

• Q. What do I do if I want to keep my Brewers Fayre Bonus Club card?

  A: When your Brewers Fayre restaurant closes your preferred restaurant on your account will be changed automatically to the next nearest Brewers Fayre restaurant to the one that has closed. Your account will remain open and active so you can continue to visit us and collect more Bonus Club points.

• Q. What happens if I don't have any points on my account?

  A: If your balance is at zero when the points transfers take place then no points will be transferred from your Brewers Fayre account to your Tasty Rewards account.

• Q. I don't want to join Tasty Rewards, what do I do?

  A: You can keep your Brewers Fayre Bonus Club card and continue to collect points at any of our other Brewers Fayre restaurants. When your Brewers Fayre restaurant closes your preferred choice on your account will be changed automatically to another Brewers Fayre restaurant that is closest to the one that is closing. Your account will still be open and no points will be transferred unless you have filled in the form above requesting that they are.
